The Term International business is referred as the Trade and exchange of goods and services in
Different Countries so that various advantages can be gained and other benefits such as,
competitive, profit earning and success can be opted. The global business enlargement is considered
as an essential term which can help the enterprise and the organisation to change their sales result
and can advantage various competitive benefits which can assist them to keep a well known reputed
position in the long run(Guercini and Milanesi 2020). The international business relates the
proceedings of goods and services crosswise the world or between two or more countries. The
global business also present the different thoughts and invention which can help the marketplace to
make the distinguished merchandise and services according to the inevitably and wants of the
targeted consumers. This report will view the movie Up in the Air, which is based on the thought
from a young and a new co – worker and the changeless travel of corporate down sizer and the
content of committed ness.
MAIN BODY
The Up in the Air is a movies which was released in 2009 which is an American comedy based
Drama direscted by Jason, reitman. This movie was based on the novel up in the Air which was
written by Walter kisn, The movie was based on the story line of a travelling corporate and various
factors prevailing to the corporate management as well(Hannibal and Knight 2018). It has a
character namely, Ryan Bingham who was at a good position in the human resource department and
has various skills which were helping hi to be effective and efficient in his travelling corporate
aspects. The consultants for which Ryan was working is specialised in the employment termination
assistance. This consultancy work takes him around various countries conducting different tasks of
company on the behalf of employers. Ryan also provides motivational speeches for the workers and
the employers so that they can work with the best of their potential and their functional ability can
also be increase which can lead to the success of the organisation as well. The individuals travel
across different countries and states so that can they manage their work without even delaying the
work and by reducing the procrastination too. Ryan was a bit Disturbed and stressed regarding the
new change in the policy of hiring and firing and he also raised a concern regarding the new
procedure Being unsuitable. He was also mentoring one of his colleague, he build a casual
relationship and bond with the co- worker, which allowed him to see others from a new point of
view.

wants, identification, recognition and other things which can affect the business environment and
surroundings in many ways(Jarman 2018). The different Dilemmas and assumptions pointed the
further reflection including the portrayal of the Film having various issues related to family and
career, Love and romance along with different negative impacts including freedom as well as
commitment.
The Company has involved different aspects and terms related tom the corporate world which can
Affect the personal as well as the professional areas of the individual.
The main character of the movie helps companies to identify the expiration of staff and help in their
anger management so as to reduce the risk of having claims regarding recompensation from the
employees that have left the organisation. The Movie can also help the viewers to observe the ways
that the specialists can opt in his\her tasks changing their lives. The Movie was named as Up in the
Air due to the actuality that Ryan spent too much time travelling and it becomes his dependence.
The manager was shown as quite effectual and economical in acting various activities related to the
different activities that are involved in the direction process such as , preparation, forming, directing
and staffing. The director was quite economical in acting the various functions which are important
for the proper and good working of the organisation. Along with that, The excellent answer ability
towards the major governing body was also portrayed quite well in the Picture.

The Movie has provide various learnings about the Corporate culture and aspects which can be
accommodating in understanding about the different thought of Corporate culture and
organisational construction and its functions. The movie was Related to how important it is to
change the location, to meet new people in person, and that no matter how advanced the technology
gets, one cannot interpret everything to the Internet in place of travel(Ali and Siddiqui 2020. It also
shows the life of the most essential consumers, the road warriors, and how they role consequently,
when they move for living. As the technology is rising day by day and the people are being more
techno-friendly, there is a need and of travel so that people can involve more efficaciously with
various cultures.
