Introduction
In 2015 Movus established with the mission of achieving the goal to provide costumer’s
effective technology which further leads to consumer simplicity along with artificial intelligence
to sustain smarter machines for customer use. The main aim of Movus in the technology and
software industry is to sustain a unique status and position through introducing smarter machines
in the competitive by transforming dumb machines into smarter machines. Moreover, Movus
also believes that their artificial and software technology would able to sustain an appropriate
position in global level through their consumer styled simplicity altogether with world class
artificial intelligence for consumer to save time and values. Movus was founded by Brad Parsons
who supported the idea of moving industry and further established Movus along with the
introduction of their first product, FitMachine to achieve the organization mission and vision in
the information and technology service industry. The new product, FitMachine of Movus serve
as a machine monitoring service with a link to industrial internet of things for further learning of
the machine. Moreover, the organization also believes through transforming machines the
working process of industries improve for the benefit of the planet.

which leads the company towards growth and development. Different organizations use their

workplace in innovative manner, also helps to attain cost effective strategies, innovative and

which can be attain by other companies. That has been recorded that the companies which are

belonged to rapid changes and so come true with the business structure. Innovation and

significant manner. Company recently build an innovative machine named FitMachine a full-
stack sensor solution which is aimed to determine the machine failure and helps to overcome the
negative impacts.

had implement such innovation which can be obtain as the great innovation in context of

and development but there are some of the issues and challenges which are impacting the
organization performance is negative manner. Entire processing of company depends on the use
and innovation of Internet of Things which requires large amount to be spend on the
experiments. If any of the project or machinery will not as per the exceptions, it will lay down to
the high risk.
These kind of machineries requires high cost to be spend on them which is not possible to afford
by each business community (Glova, et, al., 2014). These are some of the major issues which
indicates towards the high cost requirements of company to build innovation and high cost
required for those who attain such advantages. These conflicts are affecting the growth and
revenue rate company as these expanses are not easy to attain by everyone.

Each of the business desires to be long in the race of business. That was also one of the major
requirement of company MOVUS to have the approaches to grow in significant manner. To
attain the same company made some changes in their performance they started hiring the skilled
