providing that affection and respect which she needs it. She should not be going out for
driving and would be driving after she is drunk. This will degrade her life in the future.

addressing the issues and the challenges she has been facing is to be monitored on a weekly
basis. The care plan developed will help in understanding the complex situation she has been

are required to be mitigated fruitfully. She has been mentally ill and for recovering from the
mental state of illness, there is an extensive and robust care plan to be developed by the GP.

months or so will be identified. The care plan will also identify and evaluate the risks which
