Language barriers
Employees of Mr Fishy company are facing problem because Mr fishy is a restaurant and there are many tourists come to visit this restaurant. Company's employees are having problem to talk
with them they cannot understand needs of the customers and this is challenging for new employees talk with customers.
Listening Barrier
Some of the employees are not able to understand proper information because of lack of listening ability this challenging for them to understand the information and task, some of them do not pay
attention when mangers give information about their task this create barriers for both managers and employees.

Complex organizational structure create barrier for both suppressors and subordinates. Employees cannot exchange their thoughts and information to their superiors and event super users can't
give any impotent information to their employees this can directly impact on company growth and profitability. Mr Fishy company is facing this problem and managers of the company can't communicate

in an organization, employees will create relation with others and they will learn that to work in team, employees can do their task in less time and better, it's hard for any individual to do any task on time
if they will do that task together then they will take very less time to do that task.

Some of the Employees cannot understand information because they face problem to understand language, managers should use simple language so employees can understand the information
they also face problem when they and information in written so it is better to give them information orally that will help them to understand easily.

Mr Fishy company is running a restaurant so many customers from all over the World come and visit their restaurant and it is important for them to respect their culture, language and their
religion. Cultural influence can create a problem for employees during a negotiation with different customers they all have different demand and different ways to communicate and it is impotent for
employees to give them satisfaction and proper negotiate with their customers, even in a same language they face problem when any word have different meaning.
