I am Roland Rozgonyi a student at Icon College doing my final year in business and
management. As part of my study, I am required to carry out a primary research reflecting a
topic of my choice. The topic is Managing cultural diversity and profit – A case study of
Marks & Spencer. You have been randomly selected to take part in this study. Your
