known retail brand of UK which was founded in 1884. The headquarters of the company is
situated in London and they have around 959 stores all across the nation. In this report, external

Affiliative leadership:- with the help of this leadership style, the leaders of the company
develop a harmonious as well as happy working environment within the work floor.
This result in removing of negative ambiance as well as also help in maintaining balance

maintain and perform the social responsibilities on continuous basis. This help the company in
