& Hong, 2015). Through integrating talents from different staff, the company will have
the knowledgeable team that will be able to fulfill its customer’s needs.
The new method of recruiting has proven to be the challenge for the organization. The
two contracts of MTC expects would include the additional team of the 75 consultants and with
the new program this may be feasible. Furthermore, MTC may not have the right expertise to
represent the new customers. This is because there are numerous flaws in the existing manual
hiring system, which makes it difficult to find the right worker for the company (Chu,
KrishnaKumar & Khosla, 2014). Improving the recruiting process will therefore make sure that
the company has the right team for providing its clients with the greatest consulting services.
Competitive Advantage
The organization MTC is also facing massive competition from many other small
companies with the customer-base already built. Despite this, the organization, MTC has
the large workforce with the requisite skills, which help to provide the customers with the
best services (Giannakopoulos et al., 2014). And the organization can tap into the latest
recruiting program and get the best employees and strengthen the already skilled labor force. It
will also make sure the company gets the chance to keep and attract new customers.
