With the ramified changes in economic development, there are several multicultural
career development plans have been developed AT KOI which assist in making ongoing
career after graduation. Occupational stereotype or occupational segregation have negative
impact on individual career choices and also limits selection for the individuals in
organization. It is analysed that in order to strengthen the job competency, every individual
needs to develop cultural competency so that they could work effectively in team. The career
development of the individual is highly based on the cultural competency and courses which
are accompanied with the team building and multicultural diversity program. With the
dynamic changes in society, individual needs to learn working in a team so that they could
collectively eliminate the possible issues and work program in effective manner. These
courses at KOI is imperative to make individual more employable as modern multinational
organizations requires their employees to imbibe cultural competency (Louw, 2016).
This will not only help them to work in team but also helps in creation of the synergy
in big undertaken project. This program not only strengthen fairness in working, ethical
business cultural but also set core competency for the cultural diversity work program in
organizational work process system. It is analysed that practical implicating of the cultural
diversity work program is being promoted at KOI to imbibe the cultural diversity and
multicultural work set intents in individuals so that they could be more acceptable in the
multinational organization. It will strengthen their work effectiveness and help in delivering
best results while working in the team. Nonetheless, social cultural multiple contextual
factors will highly influence the career development courses developed at KOI individuals
but eventually it will strengthen the work competency of these individuals to operate their
work in team and handle work diverse clients (Psychology Iresearchnet., 2019). Individual

should learn the need of diversity work culture and evaluating their drawbacks while working
in the team. It is analysed that learning multicultural experience studying at KOI in past 18
months will be more likely to help individuals in their on-going career life after graduation as
they will be inclined to work with different culture and least hustle with the multi-diversified
culture. This practical based learning and promoting diversified multi-cultural work study
will be helpful to learn key intents and possible issues which could be faced by individuals
while working in multinational organizations. It will also make them more employable and
effective in their work and strengthen their team work sprit- Therefore, it could be concluded
that courses given on the multi-cultural diversity program will be helpful for the individuals
and their on-going career after graduation. Nonetheless, these course will also be helpful in
eliminating the issues and challenges of occupational stereotype or occupational segregation
while working in the organization (Sue, Zane, Hall, & Berger, 2009). If given multi-cultural
course are imbibed by individuals then they could easily understand the factors affecting
them and easily adapt with the particular situation. Young’s adult career will be more
positively influenced if they are taught to adapt with the cultural diversity and eventually it
helps in eliminating the possible issues and problems related to multi-cultural diversity
program in their work process in organization.
