excellent health of every individual is by creating a clear vision and making a group of members

should make the group think about the objectives as well as a vision of the community as well as
try to control the members near achieve their goals.
We will be talking about two challenges that are linked with multicultural leadership in public
health. The first challenge that is connected is associated with the communication. Human beings
with a distinct environment and from different ethnic surroundings are habituated to distinct
types of communication. Therefore human beings from separate educational settings are most
familiar with and work best with a formal structure of communication as well as had a different
outlook of a person in charge to follow the conversation. An excellent public head should be
