should ensure about cooperation between different specialized professional to provide related
treatment and care for the stage 4 bowel cancer. They should work collaboratively which can
provide better health improvement in the Mr. Joggers health (Patel et. al., (2020)). They have the
goal for improving treatment efficiency with patient care. There is also need to take care about
the pain which is getting worsening due to which Mr. Jagger wife has taken him to the hospital.
Here, multidisciplinary team should involve in delivery of better and effective healthcare
treatment to Mr. Jagger and help to provide best possible treatment. Nursing staff should also get
involve in fulfil the needs and support which should be provided to Mr. Jagger. There is also
need to involve Mrs. Jagger that can be helpful in providing instruction which should be taken
care of effective response towards dealing with better care and support. Nursing staff need to
provide knowledge and learning about the proper care management of Mr. Jagger declining
health. This can be helpful for Mrs. Jagger to provide proper care at home which can also be
effective to ensure about health improvement. Through learning about type of care, delivery of

effective and help person who is providing palliative care or end of life care to patient. There is
also need someone who should physically present and help and support in performing different
small activities. These help and support through present physically can be highly effective and
allow to get better care which are associated with support family who is providing end of life
care. Mrs. Jagger need to provide better care to Mr. Jagger where end of life care need to high
level of support and care. while providing better care and support, there is need to take care of
effective response where Mrs. Jagger should get some physical support in providing better care
for husband. There is need to provide some external support to Mrs. Jagger in delivering of end
of life care to Mr. Jagger (Brocco et. al., (2018)). This can allow to get better and effective
response towards improving patient health and help to take care of negative health impact and
different suffering. Providing care to Mrs. Jagger can also be effective in taking care and
supporting Mrs. Jagger while delivering palliative care to husband. This can be effective and
allow to improve patient health. Here, Mrs. Jagger should provide some care support through
nursing staff which can allow to provide proper medical management that can be effective to
improve Mrs. Jagger health and provide relief from the severe pain and improve quality of life.
There are two different support strategy which can be effective to provide care and support

support. Here, nursing staff should support in pain management which is effective to deal with

the situation and provide better care support to end of life care. Nursing staff should also take
care of proper medication to improve health therapeutically. Emotional support can also provide
better and effective help in improving better patient health that can help patient in end of life.
These all are effective which provide better and effective response towards dealing with effective
care during end of life that can help and support Mr. Jagger to live effectively till the end and
nursing staff should provide palliative care to reduce and minimise the pain and suffering
