INTRODUCTION
Multidisciplinary Teamwork is the principle mechanism
which will safeguard the complete care of patients and an
unified service to them during their sickness path and
throughout their all tertiary care. This presentation focus
on the personal contributions of practitioners in the team
work in the healthcare practice, their limitations and ways
to overcome barrier in the multidisciplinary teamwork. In
the presentation we have also explained the improvement
steps in the personal contribution of a healthcare
practitioner.
