The project report is about understanding event management including management for
Ventures Concept including all aspects of conducting it. In this regard, brief description on
organization background, mission, vision and objectives for success in event management in
Malaysia is introduced. However, all positive and negative aspects of the entity evolving
strength to increase, weakness to reduce, and opportunities to be grabbed are understood for
managing events. Including this, different department' functions as well managers'
responsibilities has expressed affect successful of organizing events. Besides this, various ideas

Eventures Concept is the event management organization which provide event solution
from more than ten years. It is one of the leading event management organization in the
Malaysia. Their services are based on excellence as well as they serve quality and efficient
services to all the type of corporate events. They provide wide range of event related services to
their prestigious client so that they can gain competitive advantage (Gault and Duey, 2010).
They try to satisfy their customers’ needs and provide additional benefits so that they can attract
large number of people for planning their event in very unique way. Their philosophy is to serve
high range of quality products and services under the one roof so that they can ensure that each
and every customer have best experience in the most memorable and spectacular event possible.

their dedicated team will work with the customers to fill passion and enthusiasm make their

were involved in the project. Since the meeting was held on the Skype, I cannot able to meet the
top level management on the daily basis, so the activities which have problems and hurdles are
not solved properly. With that when I used to convey the problems on chat, the supervisor use
unprofessional language which looks very bad to me. So the organization should not use these
methods for communication.
Dissatisfy employees: The other problem which I found in the organization was most of
the animation developer were having dispute with the staff members that are not performing
their work in the proper manner. The reason behind this issue is the organization is not providing
proper training and development programs to enhance the skills and ability of the employees and
this is the reason the employees have dis-satisfaction from their work. Training and development
programs serves motivation among the employee and fill enthusiasm to work in effective and
efficient manner. So organization should organize these program of the regular intervals.
