and resources due to that project manager requires to execute the business successfully in respect
to achieve desired objective. The study is based on examine the effectiveness of multinational
corporations over the enterprise environment of a country. For developing better understanding
regarding the chosen subject area, Zara is the chosen organisation as it is the large fashion retail
company which has its high brand image and has global business operations. In this present
report, aims, objectives and time-frames are developed and a small scale research is implemented

This is a wide multinational business that has its worldwide organisational functions and the

study signifies the major motive through determining the subject area accompanying to the
support of multinational business and their determinant over the environment of enterprises.
