company, that is propounded in 1866 in Vevey, Switzerland by Henri Nestle. With reference to
the present case, the policy of nestle deals to the recruitment, training and development etc.

appropriate candidates, so they want the methods to enhance the process of recruitment and

by using the statistical graph and mathematical formulas, the researcher can easily attain the
aim in very less time.

me knowledge and experienced and some demoralized me a lot, that resulted in negative
aspect in performance. For conducting the research effectively, I got the knowledge about
various employment legislations which varies across countries, as because for international
recruitment company choose the applicants from either parent country or host country.
Along with this, I also find the various ways to enhance the process of recruitment,
selection and training for employers so that company can hire and select the best and
skilled applicants by using those different ways of recruitment. Along with I had provide the
useful and specific details about the job profile to the applicants who are interested in doing
job in Nestle. At the time of conducting this research, I also faced many problems such as the
language used by me was not so clear and understandable by the employees of other countries
and due to this they do not take interest in my questionnaire, and by this my lot of time was
wasted. In this research both the methods of data collection are effectively used by me in
order to gather the exact information to achieve this aim. Last, but not least, from the overall
