Demonstrating management plan:
On the basis of deliverables, the various constraints and assumptions of the project are
described. The management plan would be based on the project cost, the project scope, the time
required for the project, the quality of the project, the communications plan, the risk and the
resources of the project.
The project assumptions:
1. One assumption is that the needed primary and secondary data will be readily available
so that the research can be completed in an effective manner.
2. The second assumptions is that the needed resource of the project will be available and
no financial issue will arise in the project.
Project Deliverables:
Apart from that, there are certain constraints in the project. The main constraints are
indicated as follows-
1. Presence of a number of risks in a project is a constraint that is needed to be addressed
2. Another constraint linked with this particular project is time.
Project Cost:
The cost of the project would be allocated from the resources within the organization. It
would be kept at a minimum as the research would be conducted within the organization itself
for the collection of both the primary and the secondary data. These would be utilizing the
resources of the organization including the human resources as well.

Time for the project:
The project timeline would continue for 6 months as the research would be following up
with the initial secondary data collection method and the primary interview questionnaire setup
using the organizational resources.
Quality of the project:
The project quality would be monitored at every phase of the research conduction to find
out that no collected data has been compromised. This would ensure a proper project quality
involving the correct analysis of the gathered data.
Project communications plan:
The people within the project conduction team would be communicated with a devised
project communication plan. This would involve regular face to face meetings held, daily
deliverables checked through emails and project progressions conducted through the daily
project updates. The daily or weekly communication plan would ensure the quality of the project
asper the project requirement.
Risk of the project:
There might be occurrences of several risks during the conduction of the project during
the data collection phases as well. This would require proper handling of the project data during
the collection through the primary and secondary sources. These can be the inability of the
primary sources in providing the proper information required, they might not be essentially
honest during the interview or there can even be primary sources that would leave the project

unprecedented. The conduction of the secondary data collection can also be hampered due to the
unavailability of the sources.
Project Resources:
The resources of the project would not be included in having outsources as all the
resources for the project would be included from the organization itself. Including the primary
collection of data would be taken from the human resources present within the organization.
Techniques and procedures:
The research involves collection of data from both primary and secondary sources. The
collection of the data is linked with the identified research objectives. The primary data is
collected through interview and questionnaire while the secondary data is collected in form of
literature review.
The primary data that is collected is related to the process by which Apple has an impact
on the technological business environment. This collection of data would be followed by a
questionnaire, which would include 5 managers from Apple Inc. and 25 other employees from
different departments, handling the product related works. Mostly, the conduction would include
the likes of the project departments like the R&D department, the marketing department, the
manufacturing department and the production department. They have been selected as per
convenience sampling method. The questionnaires have been completed by the interviewer.
