P7: Reflection
While carrying out concept that is based on recruitment, selection and training of Nestle,
I went under different circumstances that gave me an opportunity to conduct this research in a
desirable method. By primary research method, I got a chance to communicate with different
people and got to know their opinions and ideas. Their views helped me to extend my knowledge
in this topic. However, I also face some difficulties. The first problem I faced was that some
respondents were not ready to answer questions or responding them in an ignored manner. The
other thing is that time allotted by company was less because of this other aspects of research are
not covered. But keeping it aside, various objectives are achieved due to this research. This
research had developed my skills like communication, knowledge about recruitment, selection
and training, understanding the concept of globalisation and so on. I can use these skills in my
future for better opportunities.
CONCLUSION
From this report, it has been concluded that recruitment, selection and training plays an
important role in meeting international requirements. It has also been comprehended that
