recruitment and selection.
Resources : Resources are the essential component without which research cannot be

facilitates and accomplish the research aims by gathering data or information and interpret the
whole data with the help of required techniques. Present required resources are Human
resources, capital resources, Technical sources etc.
Quality : Researcher should measure the quality standards and make sure the research meet that
standards and criteria. For example : Researcher has to collect authenticated data and facts for
collecting information multinational companies in the context of Nestle.
Cost : Cost and estimate budget is the important aspect of the research that must be adhered
while completing the study and goals. Every research take some cost to complete the process.
For example : Estimated cost of the present research will be $450.
Communication : Communication is the another essential component which helps to pass the
information to other team-mates (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). In research process,
each member should have to connect with other members just to share information. Sometimes
due to communication barriers it is difficult to accomplish the task on time which affect the
project deadline, cost, or scope of the study as well.
Time : Time is the most affecting factor in the research process which must be focusing on.
Every research or project has some starting and ending date which is vital. Specific time define
the work targets and its deadline to be completed. Present project will be taking approx 4-5
weeks.

approaches. Inductive is the process that determine the study into observations and theories are
that are proposed towards the end (Kumar, 2019). On the other hand, Deductive approach is
more concerned with developing hypothesis which is based on existing theory. However, In
order to conduct the present stud, researcher will be using Inductive approach to measure the
importance of multinational companies in recruitment & selection.
Research design : Research design is the plan and procedure to conduct the study or research on
some specific purpose. Research design of two types exploratory and conclusive research.
Exploratory research design in which the researcher wants to explore the specific aspects of the
research. That also helps to define the better understanding about the project title. On the other
hand, conclusive research design that implies to generate findings that are practically useful in
reaching conclusions. Conclusive research design helps to make the better decision-making
process that can help to resolve the research issues. Present study will be using exploratory
research design to explore the deep knowledge of MNCs and to determine the role in training
and recruitment (Mackey and Gass, 2015).
Data Collection : The foremost term of research methodology to collect data or information
from different resources. Data collection is divided into two parts primary and secondary.
Primary research method collects data through questionnaire, survey, interview. This method
collects fresh data from respondents. On the other side, secondary data method collects data
through different other sources like Internet, Books, Journals etc. however, the secondary data
has already been exit in books or journals. Researcher only collects them to get the deep
understanding (Bresler and Stake, 2017). Present study will be taking both method to gathered
information on research aim.
Data analysis : Data analysis is the process to measure the collected data through two different
technique Qualitative and Quantitative. Qualitative method of data analysis measure the
information with thematic manner or in critical way. In contrast, quantitative method of data
analysis determine data into mathematical form by applying mean, median, mode method into
study. Present study will be taking Qualitative method of data analysis by gathering data from
questionnaire.

Probability sampling is the process in which researcher allows and give chance to all
participants in the study. Probability method includes some other techniques such as simple,
stratified systematic, multistage and cluster sampling methods. On the other side, non-probability
way is to select some specific group as a respondent of the study by applying techniques like
quota, purposive, etc. Present study will be chosen 20 managers of Nestle to gathered how much
MNCs is important to improve recruitment and selection process.
Ethical consideration : Ethical consideration can be defined as a legal tool kit which has
to be followed by the researcher (Alvesson and Sköldberg, 2017). In the whole process of
research, there must be following the proper ethical consideration way to gain productive
outcomes. In other words, researcher should give respect to all participants without forcing them
into the research. Also, researcher must have all legal knowledge to make sure about the illegal
activities.
