The aim of the project is to find out the ways the multinational companies like Nestle adopt
in order to enhance their procedures of training, selection and recruitment of its employees
such that international standards can be met effectively.
Objectives
The objective of the research project has been listed below:
 To figure out the various practices of human resource that is practised in multinational
organisations like Nestle such that industrial standards can be met.
 To gather knowledge regarding the affect of various human resource practices on the
employees of Nestle.
 To figure out the issues that the human resource department of Nestle is facing with
respect to its effective operation

Project Scope statement
 Included Scope
The project is focussed on the various functions of the human resource department of Nestle,
UK such that the international standards can be met effectively in terms of recruitment,
hiring, training and development. The affect of the various HR practices on the employees of
the organisation in UK will be included in the scope of the project.
 Excluded Scope
The project is based on the affect of the HR practices on the employees of Nestle, UK
however the project will not be able to cover the affect of the HR practices in other branches
or extensions of the organisation on its employees. The project will be able to cover the
perception of the employees only in the UK branch and any variation in human resource
management in other branches cannot be covered and neither the perception of the employees
there can be enclosed.

The resources that will be required in order to complete the given project have been described
below:
 Finance Resource: In order to conduct a project a proper budget is required to gather
proper materials and other resources that are required for the project (Lock, 2018). In
order to conduct this project £ 4700 will be required.
