Globalization has changed the economies of the whole
world and it has helped many organizations for their
growth as well as expansion through integrating many
different cultures. The presentation is being prepared with
the objective to improve the process of the selection and
recruitment of the multinational companies so that they
could meet international requirements.

Objectives & goals
There are different objectives as well as goals of the project report
in which the improvement of the various practices of HR has been
considered that will help the company Waitrose to fulfill the needs of
the international market:
 Major aim that is considered in the project report is to analyze the
HR practices used in the multinational; companies for fulfilling
international needs.
 Improvement in the Waitrose company’s selection & recruitment
processes
 To bring the effectiveness with the employees of Waitrose through
motivation them with the training process.

Globalization has turned the shape of the trade in the
global world; this method of globalization helps in
integrating various world economies and helps in the
activities of the growth as well as expansion of the
activities of different businesses.
The operations of the business organizations, the
recruitment as well as selection process plays a very major
role and helps in maintaining the activities and bring
efficiency in the work. The companies in the international
markets are adopting the methods because they want to
serve to the large number of customers and fulfilling their
needs will require advanced knowledge and skills.

Using research methodology
The method of the research in this project report has been used
are the qualitative research and the quantitative research that will
help in analyzing the data and gathering information for drawing
the conclusions of the report. The two methods that will be used
