INTRODUCTION
Globalization in the modern world has changed many definitions and helped in the
integration of the economies that support businesses to grow and expand their operations
worldwide. In this `project the topic that will be discussed is how the multinational
companies improve the process of the selection, recruitment & training of their employees
that helps them in meeting international requirements. The analyses will be conducted in
the research by taking the scenario of the company Apple. The project report is being
prepared to identify how these recruitment, training and Development are improved by the
multinational companies and how skilled employees are selected through the process. The
multinational companies select or recruit the candidate, and the need of the companies is
that employee has to keep the lifelong learning approach for the improvement.

How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of their
employees to meet International requirements?
AIMS
The aim of the project report is to determine the process of the recruitment & selection of
the employees so that the international requirements would be achieved.
OBJECTIVES
 To identify the improvement in selection & recruitment process of Company Apple
 To analyse the impact of the improvement in the recruitment process of employees
and their performance
 To assess the employees learning through the training & development by the
company Apple
RATIONALE
The process of recruitment and selection is very essential in multinational companies
because they help in maintaining the quality of organizational performance. With the
globalization, it has become easier to communicate with the people worldwide, and this is
the reason the multinational companies focus on improving their recruitment, training &
development methods so that all the international requirements of the company could be
achieved or meet on the desired time duration. Therefore the research is conducted with
the purpose of analyzing how Apple focuses on improving its recruitment, training and
development program to meet the internal requirements of the company.
PROJECT PLAN
With the purpose of achieving the desired aims as well as objectives that are set in the
project, there is a need to prepare an effective plan for the management of the project
report. The proper planning of various aspect of the research will help in executing the

different activities of the report and help in achieving the results(Larson and Gray, 2017).
There are various aspects f the project plans that are discussed here:
SCOPE:
With the help of this research the required information, as well as knowledge about the
improvement in the selection and recruitment process of the multinational companies and
especially the procedure used by the company Apple, will be analyzed (Mowforth and Munt,
2015). This research will enable the company to provide various opportunities to its
employees for the process of life-long learning through which they can improve their
performance and could help in increasing the efficiency of the organization.
COST:
It is very essential that the cost of the project must be analyzed before the project actually
starts that helps in the successful execution of the project(Meredith and Mantel Jr, 2011).
The analysis of the budget or the cost required in the execution of the project is essential
because this helps in deciding the requirement of the cost for the activities in the process of
project execution. For completing this project almost £1500 will be required and the

QUALITY:
Quality management plays an important role in managing the activities of the project and
also supports by providing assurance of the quality of the project outcomes. In this project,
two methods will be used to maintain and manage the quality of the project and that is
quality assurance and quality control(Mowforth and Munt, 2015). The method of the quality
assurance will be used for ensuring the results of the project report and the quality control
will help the maintenance of the quality of the project during the on-going project process.
RISK:
The risk in the project is another factor that needs proper planning and concern and in this
research project there are various risk such as the data would be lost, misused, and these
risk could be maintained with the proper planning of the mitigation of the various factors of
risk for getting the desired outcomes(Heagney, 2016).

The resources are other important factors that help in the completion of the project on the
given time(Mowforth and Munt, 2015). The availability of resources helps in achieving the
desired results. In this project the resources that are needed are the finance, HR, tools,

team of the 15 members I working I the project to take the desired outcomes.

For the purpose of planning the project activity, the Gantt chart is an effective tool that
helps in analyzing the time that will be used in conducting the activities. With the help of
