integration of the economies that support businesses to grow and expand their operations
worldwide. In this `project the topic that will be discussed is how the multinational
companies improve the process of the selection, recruitment & training of their employees
that helps them in meeting international requirements. The analyses will be conducted in
the research by taking the scenario of the company Apple. The project report is being
prepared to identify how these recruitment, training and Development are improved by the
multinational companies and how skilled employees are selected through the process. The
multinational companies select or recruit the candidate, and the need of the companies is
that employee has to keep the lifelong learning approach for the improvement.
