This research approach has been classified in main two categories such as the deductive research
approach and inductive research approach. Where the deductive research helps in testing and
helping to find the research aim and on the other hand the inductive research approach is mainly
concerned about the emerging the new data. In this research the researcher gathering the data and
information from all the available resources and will apply the inductive research approach and
also helps in figures and facts for evaluating the data (Kumar, 2019).
Research philosophy
Research philosophy is all about beliefs where the data about any of phenomena has been
gathered, used and analysed. Research philosophy has been mainly two parts such as positivism
and interpretivism where the positivism refers to the scientific quantitative method for
conducting this research and Interpretivism refers to the qualitative humanistic method. The
researcher will use the Interpretivism method for carrying out the work of the research and also

standard techniques which has been evaluated the research on the basis of hypothesis of
collecting the data. Data collection is basically of two types where primary data collection refers
to the original source of data where the data has been collected by first-hand from the researcher
for the particular purpose and research will apply both the primary and secondary data collection
and from that it collected the realistic and unrealistic data from which it analyses and measure
the useful and relevant data for conducting the research. Secondary data has been collected
through so many journals, books and internet. (Silverman, 2016).
Sampling
The term sampling refers to the procedure that has been used for making the statistical analysis
that has been predetermined all the numbers of the observations which has been taken from the
greater population. This method has been used for taking the sample from the large population
and depend on so many types of analysis that has been performed. In this research will apply the
random sampling method and randomly chosen 30 managers for conducting this research and
also analysing the information and data (Bresler and Stake, 2017).
