INTORDUCTION
Research background
Globalization term refers to the process where the business and so many other organization
developing there international influences for starting and operating the business on international
scales. Globalization is growing due to the advancement in communication and transportation of
the new technologies. It is a primarily an economic procedure which has been integration and
interactions which has been associated with the cultural and social aspects. It also expands the
business to the global level and helps them to achieve success in international market (Wright,
2016).
In this present research is one River island company is a fashion brand of high street that
has been operated in so many markets worldwide. It is a private limited company that has been
owned by the Lewis Family. There are so many numbers of locations of River island company in
West London. There are lots of products sold by the River island company such as men's
women's children's clothing and also accessories and foot-wares and total revenues of this
company is 901.9 million per year. The present research is based on the multinational companies
improving the recruitment. Training and selection process of their employees for meeting
internationalist requirements (Krugman, 2017).

Project management plan is a type of document that has been used for describing the phase and
areas of the project and it helps the researcher to make an effective plan for conducting this
research (Kerzner, 2017). There are so many things which has been involved in conducting this
research which has been follows;
Scope:- it is very important to have scope of the research because scope of the research
helps to integrating the activities of conducting research where it helps in examine the scope of
the research. From conducting this research it helps in academic and corporate sector as well.
Whereas, it helps the students in their academic life and also in the corporate sector for the
business.
Resources:- it is one of the most important thing for conducting the research where there
are so many resources which has been used for conducting the research study such as laptop,
books, newspapers etc (Meredith, Mantel Jr, and Shafer, 2017). from using these resources it
helps the researcher to getting success from this research.
Time:- it is one of the most significant skills which has been used at the time of
conducting this research because from using the time effectively it gets completed the research
on time according to the schedule that has been made by the researcher (Fleming and
Koppelman, 2016). It important to plan each and every activity according to the time and plan
and also this researcher has been taken approximately 7 months for completing this research.

Risk:- there are so many risks has been arises at the time of conducting this research so it
takes metal stability to facing the risk and taking advantages from that. There are so many risks
has been occurred such as physical injury, lack of money and theft of the collected of data and
information etc.
Cost:-it is important to manage and make a plan according the cost. Cost plays an
important role for managing the research project because it helps in planning the activities
according to the budget (Smith, 2015). Researcher have to make a budget and fix all the cost
according to the budget. The cost which has been used in conducting this research is $5000.
Communication:- it is necessary to have an effective communication with each one
because it is very much helpful in collecting the data and information from other. It also helps in
solving the conflicts and problems arises at the time of conducting research.

Gantt chart:- It is generally a type of chart which will illustrate all the project modules and also
list out all the task that has been performed better on time intervals, vertical axis and also the

It is very much useful in scheduling and planning of the projects and research. It also helps in

This research method has been emphasized all the measurement of objectives & also the
statistical, numerical and mathematical data collection through the surveys, questionnaire and
also by manipulating all the pre-existing data which has been used for all the computational
techniques (Bernard, 2017). it is generally based on data where the quantities has been obtained
for using the quantifiable process of measurements. it is an metrical system of the poetry.

that has been predetermined all the numbers of the observations which has been taken from the
greater population. This method has been used for taking the sample from the large population
and depend on so many types of analysis that has been performed. In this research will apply the
random sampling method and randomly chosen 30 managers for conducting this research and
also analysing the information and data (Bresler and Stake, 2017).
