Recommendations
As from the above research, it is necessary to improve
communication skills because out of 30 respondents 15 are in
favour of it because it will help them to implement recruitment,
selection and training of their employees in effective manner.
Nestle must also provide on job and off job grooming to their
employees as both are equally important to improve skills and
capabilities of workers which will help to perform their task
effectively.
