After analyzing the case scenario it has been noticed that an educational institute name
Murdoch University, established in Singapore has identified a key issue present in the
working processes of addressing the problems of customers with effective services. Followed
by this aspect it has been determined that there is a huge necessity of incorporating an
advance technology which must have the capability to address the desired requirements due to
which the offered services of the university will be enhanced. Along with the above aspect it
has been also noticed from the case scenario that, there is a significant conflict present related
to the managing the university database. Thus, it has been decided to focus on the effective
database management and incorporation of advance technology with the purpose to enhance
the services of the nominated university.
According to the above discussion the identified project objectives are listed below:-
Identify the key issues present in the services of the nominated university.
Followed by the above findings this project must address the mitigation process.
Along with that one of the most significant purpose is to provide cost effective system to
address the user requirement.
Advancement in the university services for achieving high customer satisfaction.
Along with that one of the most effective object is to address the user requirement.
Effective database management.
Effective information security to enhance the services of Murdoch University.

High-level Project Description and Requirements:
Followed by the above discussed concerns this project is entirely related about the
implementing effective technologies in the infrastructure of the Murdoch University, with
the purpose to deliver more effective services with respect to enhancing the customer
satisfaction as well as top enhance the database management procedure. Considering the
above mentioned aspect it has been also noticed that there is a significant lack present
related to the resource utilization due to which the nominated university is lagging behind
the bar. Thus, with the purpose to deliver effective services to the students which will
enhance the satisfaction of the student it is essential to incorporate Advance university
management system as well as the incorporation of the database management system.
Followed by the purpose to enable IT infrastructure into the Murdoch University the
below mentioned technologies needs to be integrated:
Cloud Service provider, internet service providers.
OS server windows 7 or higher.
DB server SQL server 2005
Code VC#.net
ASO.NET with the application of AJAX.
Computer system with 2gb storage drive and 256 MB RAM.

management system requires several concerns from the all most every stakeholders as it has
been noticed that the university management system work by managing the student
information. As student information present in a university consists of several personal data
as well, hence in order to implement such system it is first required to get the approval from
the higher authority of the university as well as the students as well as the stakeholders must
agree to manage their information in order to enhance the university services. Along with
the approval of the university and student, it is also essential to get approval from the
government with respect to their security and privacy policies.
After analyzing the features and functionalities of the approached project it has been noticed
that, this project holds a significant scope in future which will effective address the university
goal, due to which the customer satisfaction will be increased. Followed by the above
statement a list of identified future scope factors are listed below:
Due to the incorporation of effective information technology infrastructure into the
university infrastructure it can be stated that it will significantly enhance the
operations of the university by making it faster as well as the cost effective.
