Present report involves discussion upon certain form of activities that are required to be
undertaken by a project management in order to accomplish project objectives with more
effectiveness. Project revolves around a music concert which is required to be organised by
Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service group in a collaborative manner. In addition to
this report include stakeholder analysis, work breakdown structure, network work diagram and
organisational structure through which project is subjected to be done in a systematic way. Risk
analysis is also included in this report in order to identify can overcome them as a pre-
determined result.
