INTRODUCTION
Project management is termed as a process in which entity implement various methods,
skills, experience and processes with an aim to accomplish objectives and goals of a project in a
well defined and effective manner (Lannon and Walsh, 2020). With the help of efficient project

Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service group in a collaborative manner. In addition to
