Task A
I feel that this is really a very good opportunity to help the youth club. I have always
been very attached to the social service and the community service activities. I feel that
conducting this music festival for raising funds for the youth club. I want to take part in this
activity as I have good experience in event management and can use it for the overall good of
this mission (Jones and Jones 2014). I have completed my masters in event management and I
have also organized several functions. I have volunteered to help in this music festival as I want
to make it a success and help the communities of the youth club (Hudson et al. 2015)
The festival should be held at a place that will be easily accessible to all the people. It
must be at a location that is in close proximity to the urban area and the remote regions as well.
There must be proper facilities available. The tickets will be given at a discount of 20percent for
them who will confirm the booking one month ago. This will bring a good number of audiences
and the find collected will also be huge (Inversini et al. 2015). There must be proper crowd
control system in the festival so that people do not face any unnecessary commotions or
tramping. Event management experts must be kept at the gallery so that they can give the
audiences to their respective seats as per their ticket coupons. There should be parking facilities
at a good distance from the gallery so that people get a good amount of space for parking their
cars in organized and peaceful manner (Ballantyne et al. 2014). There must be proper
refreshments available during the intervals. Audiences can go out for buying food. There will be
dustbins kept at the disposal of the audiences so that they can throw the food rappers easily
without making the auditorium dirty. There will be facilities of refreshments like smoking,
available to the audiences. However, it will be not allowed within the auditorium (McKinley et
al. 2017). There has to be a proper environment and decorum maintained within the auditorium.

Bands like Pink Floyd and Queens will be specially requested to come and perform at this music
festival as this will help in attracting the attention of a large number of audiences (Unwin 2017).
The cost can range between 55 to 100-pound sterling as this has to be a huge show so that a good
amount of funds can be collected. It will be clearly declared that about ¾ the of the total
accumulated funds will go to the youth club that facilitates the education of the poor and needy
children and the teens (Juska 2017).
In order to make it a success, the advertisement of the show has to be done from a long
time before the scheduled date. The promotions have to carried on through all possible channels
lie pamphlets leaflets, hoardings, posters on walls and also social media. This will ensure that
both the city people and the people from the remote regions will be able to know about the fest.
The tickets must be available in an easy and user-friendly manner. There must be online booking
and counter pickup system as well. There has to be proper provision kept for the disabled people
as well. Firefighting equipment and medical aid facilities are to be kept ready in case of an
emergency (Ballantyne et al. 2014). Special seats are to be reserved for them so that they do not
face any problem. I believe that all these systems will be helpful in making the show a huge
success.

Subject: Suggesting the Youth club for disabled players for the monetary prize.
Respected Sir,
This is to respond to the news published in the columns of the southern news daily regarding the
suggestion of any group for getting the money being sponsored by Mr.Sawcroft. I have come
across the news and have been moved by the generous attempt of Mr. Sawcroft. It is really nice
to see that he is so much concerned and grateful towards the people of his community. I am a
resident of the central wood area of Worcestershire and I am associated with a group that helps
the disabled players for pursuing their career in the sports of their choice I feel that these players
are really in a very bad condition and what they need is a kind of proper inspiration and
sponsorship. I am a psychiatrist by profession and I happen to visit there on a daily basis for
talking to them and treating the mental disorder or the trauma that they suffer. As a part of the
treatment, I often have to talk to them regarding their life and the experiences that they have
suffered through. I got to know from it that they really miss being an active participant in the
sports and also winning them.
I have been attached to this place for quite a few years and there are people who give donations
for the treatment of these disabled players. There are provisions made so that they can use some
particular kinds of tools that will help them to play properly. I often see that these funds are not

sufficient. They have the perfect potential for playing and having a golden career for themselves.
However, it is only because of their poor condition that they cannot afford to do so. Many of
them are financially weak and do not have sufficient amount of funds for getting the treatment.
Moreover, the tools that are needed for the physically challenged players like an artificial hand or
leg for the ones who take part in cycling or shooting. I feel that there is the need for getting more
money for improving these loopholes. There is the Paralympics approaching and all the athletes
are looking forward to taking part in the games. However, this group is really running short of
funds. The tools and implements hat they have is not sufficient for providing to the needs of all
of the disabled players equally. It is for this reason that I want this monetary prize to be granted
to this group. There is a special case of an army chief who lost his legs while he was on his
duties. He is yet very strong and he wishes to carry on his career in running. He needs a running
blade and a proper surgery. However, at present, he is not being able to accumulate enough funds
for this surgery.
There are also many others like him. I will also be attaching the case history files of these
disabled athletes along with the file. It will be a great help if we receive this monetary benefit
from Mr. Sawcroft. We are hoping to listen to some positive results soon.
