project work is completed or not or project goals and objective is achieved or not. Project

having the important steps for completion about the project closure (De Toni and Pessot, 2021).
The inputs, techniques, output, tools and process are depicted. Initiation- defining about the new
phase of project for an existing project. Appoint the project manager and define the scope for
working towards the goals and objective. Planning- develop the present scope and objective, and
also define about how meet the objective. This could play the effective role and also make sure
for managing the project in proper way, this also have the positive impacts that are beyond the

the better growth and development for which this keep the estimated in future implication.
During the project closure process, it is most essential things that could help for learning lessons
and asking question and honestly having feedback. After having the project closure this could
also require for working towards the feedback and ensure them for working with some strategies
in other assigned project. The third party was not involved with this project and this should
facilitate the session for which the safe and non-judgemental discussion surrounding can lead

as:

Waterfall- It leads with the sequential development process that flows like waterfall through all
the using phase in project. Along with this having each phase that completely wrapping with
before starting the next begins. The success of waterfall methods which depends on the amount
of their quality work and done on the front (Shikama and et.al., 2021). This keep the project for
work with everything in advance, including the user stories, all the features and keep the better
outcomes. Moreover, about the accurate concepts and this can provide more predictable release
data, it's harder to change course than it work with agile methodology.
Advantage- In this developer can create the easily errors during the design and analysis,
helping most of time in avoiding the faculty code during the implementation phase. Developer
can easily join the project for getting speed up because everything they are required to know in
the document. Customer are not always adding some new requirement to the delaying production
and projects.
Disadvantage- This take the longer time to complete the project than having iterative one.
Customer are not involved in implementation stages and design of project, deadline creep and
delayed in phase and process.
Agile- Agile project management is approaches that keep focus on breaking down projects into
more task, and help for completion within short iteration throughout the project life cycle. Agile
that allow the teams to have better equipped to work with quickly change focus and direction.
This could also allow the team to re-evaluate the work as they are adjusting and doing increment
to make sure for the customer landscape changes, also have their focus on changing team. While,
the agile framework that could lead to deliver the innovative products in having uncertain
environment (Saragih, Dachyar and Zagloel, 2021). This also allows for creating ambiguity
because it could work with flexibility to change the direction on project work and moves towards
the future.
Advantage- In this project manager can waste fewer resources because this always work
on given data tasks, fast task around times, developer can easily improve their skills, spend less
time on busy work, detect and fix issues and faster in understanding,
Disadvantage- it is more difficult to measure in progress and demands more time and
energy from everyone because customer and developed are interacted with each other, project
that can become ever-lasting due to not having clear understanding, scope creep and creating the

experience rot, developer need to keep long term vision for the products and actively work with
better communication.
Prince 2- It is process based on approaches that keep focus on organization and control over the
project, from start to finish. This also means that project which are thoroughly towards the
planning and each stage which is lead with the process is being clearly structured and loose ends
are tied up after the project concludes. In this user will make the use of project deliverables or
keep their impacted over the project outcome (Fabbro and Tonchia, 2021). The project manager
which is more responsible for the planning, organizing and overseeing work on the given
projects. The team and project team members that are required for working within the proper use
of detailed on daily basis work and report directly to the project manager through using the
software system.
Advantage- the entire work that could be seemed successful and it has the types of
completion over any projects. For better communication and accountability for working towards
the projects and then prince2 project management is best among all other methodology. It mainly
keeps focus on providing the continuous and outputs that helps for improving the progress and
results with having better guaranteed.
Disadvantage- It does not likely to have the excessive documentation and every stage this
could keep loads of documentation to update and maintain (Llorens and Viñoles-Cebolla, 2021).
Along with this, due to lack of involvement and working towards the senior management usually
have their slows down the projects.
CONCLUSION
For this music events, the project manager need to work with agile project management
methodology. It is also able to bring the such risk to bear during the development faster. The
project manager that should be able to maintain the constant places and create the attention to
technical and also good design enhance agility. This also work with dividing the tasks, so that
can help the project manager to complete work and art of maximizing the amount of work that is
done (Manurung and Kurniawan, 2021). This also work with having flexibility, productivity and
decreased the risk of missed goals and objective. And once, when music events project that ends
it receives the feedback to plan the new concepts on next day. This provides more and more task

which could lead within the completion for short time. It also works fewer on paper and stresses
the importance of human interaction throughout the project. Along with this also examined about
the risk register that help the project manager for taking the right decision and how to overcome
with having various risk in project management.
