Interviewer: Question 1: Tell us about a time when you worked in a team that did well and
describe how you contributed to its success.
During my first few years in the university, I was extremely keen on undertaking various
job responsibility roles and hence, in line of this, I was successfully able to do so. When I was
undertaking these job roles, I was required to undertake various initiatives as a team. I have
always been very active member of a team and believe in completing my overall goals and
objectives in the right manner. I am a determined individual and this is what enables me to
complete my goals effectively. Therefore, in many of my team initiatives I have been successful
in contributing effectively towards my overall team objectives and this has thereby assisting me
to achieve my personas goals as well. I remember being a part of a team where I was required to
work overnight and in line of this, I was successfully able to complete my contribution even
though I was involved the entire day in various initiatives.
Interviewer: Question 2: Describe a situation when you had to deal with a difficult person.
An organization comprises of individuals who are required to effectively communicate
with one another so as to ensure that they are successfully able to achieve the overall
organizational goals as well as objectives. In line of this, I would like to mention that there was a
point where I was in a finance project group work. In this, we were a group of five team
members whereby one member was very difficult to interact with. The person never attended
classes nor was he willing to contribute effectively. As I was the team leader, I was vested with
the responsibility to deal with him. Hence, although it was difficult to do so by tactics of

competing deadlines. How did you manage the situation?
Meeting with the deadlines is not an easy task and in line of this, it often becomes
considerably difficult for the students to take care of this aspect. Once during the second year of
my university I was provided with the responsibility of completing almost five deadlines in a day
for a given assessment and these deadlines were very short which could not be extended. Hence,
in a span of five hours I was required to submit 4 papers of 2000 words each. I did not give up as
I am quite determinant in nature. I was successfully able to get my assessment notes started and
began with the work. After indulging in this, I was able to complete all of them in time. Hence,
with a proper management of time and resources, one will be able to engage in success.
Interviewer: Question 4: Describe a time when you have had to solve a problem. How effective
was the solution?
When I was in the first year of the university I was asked to solve a problem regarding
the varying schedules of the different students and the manner in which their schedules could be
aligned accordingly. Hence, to solve this, I came up with a flexi solution option for the different
students and enabled them to form batches of a few students at different times which would
enable me to attain success.

people. What have you learnt from these experiences?
Being in a university, often exposes an individual to a wide range of people. In line of
this, it is required to be understood that, when I was in the first few years of the university, I was
required to meet with various people belonging to the different cultures and backgrounds.
However, when many people tend to limit my operations and restrict themselves, I was
successfully able to integrate well with these people. I decided to know them better by engaging
in a continuous conversation with them which assisted me to understand their overall culture and
additionally also went a long way in ensuring that I was able to learn that although all individuals
are unique, communication is the key to find a connection with everyone alike.
