Stakeholder map Description
Administrators – They find interest in management of the health information of the
patients and provide them proper diagnosis.
Medical practitioner - They are involved in providing proper diagnosis to the patients by
analyzing their story and data.

Patient - They use the information system for getting treatment from remote location.
Sponsor – They have no direct involvement with the project and invest in the project for
business benefits.
Insurance Company - the insurance company are involved for accessing the patients
records and management of the insurance claim from the patient
Government- The government enforces legal standards for recording the activity and
removes the risk associated with the use of the information system for treatment.
