The stakeholder matrix is one of the most important step for designing any new thing,
stakeholders include community, individual’s groups and leaders, who would influence the
outcome, they can be external as well as internal. The following gives a description about the
four major segments that is the Internal operational stakeholders (Beringer, Jonas & Kock,
2013), external operational stake holders (Henisz,2017), internal execute stake holders
(Men,2015) and the external executive stakeholders (Cobb,2016).

6. What are the Preventive Diseases Programme conducted by the hospitals?
7. Is there any health magazine for the public?
8. What are the present technologies present in the hospitals?
9. What new technologies can be bought?
10. What are minimal charges in the hospitals and are there any fixed questions?

My health record is one of the important application in the modern generation, which
helps the public to keep a record and track personal fitness, which is also visible to the healthcare
practitioners ("My Health Record | Welcome to My Health Record", 2018). Given is the use case
diagram for the application (Thakur, & Gupta,2014).

The use case description model describes the task of the update patient entities and its
requirements (Cunningham et al., 2016).

Description Is used when someone needs to update the details of the patient, it may be
doctor or the nurses to any other healthcare staff.

Frequency of Use Every time the patient visits the healthcare centres

Main work When the patient visits the health care centre, the health specialists checks
the patients records and does the treatment accordingly (Duckett &
Willcox,2015).
Exceptions When the patient is visiting or using My health record for the first time,
there is no previous record, and needs to be updated accordingly.
