Change management can be defined as a process of planning,
implementing the changes happening in external and internal
environment for the benefits of the organization. Myer is a retail
industry that deals with the clothing of women, man and children
and having its headquarter located at Dockland, Australia.
Furthermore, the presentation covers information about the
professional development support that are required to implement
the change plan. Moreover, the presentation will also shed light on

Organization structure is a framework that define how activities are to be made in
order to accomplish the aims and objectives of company. This structure also includes
rules, responsibility and roles of employees. The as company currently following the
hierarchical organization structure but firm is not able to accomplish their ends goals
and objectives with this structure (joseph and gaba (2020)).
So, organization decided to change their structure to meet the external and internal
changes such as rapid change in technology and fluctuating market condition with a
motive to make quality product and enhance the overall revenue.

skill in which i am trying to identify the issues step by step so

So, in order to implement the planned change as leader I need proper
resources as they result in increasing the value of the customer as well as
they help firm to sustain in business environment and increase the sales.
