Item Activity Description
1. Welcoming song The welcoming song would be presented by the staffs to
welcome the community people. This approach would be
effective for enhancing the stability in the relationship with
the community groups.
2. Speech of the CEO The CEO would intimate the audience about the intended
program, the strategies and the outcome for enhancing the
awareness of the audience about the rationale behind the
project
3. Briefing of the programs and
events by the Senior
Operations Manager
The Senior Operations Manager would provide the brief
report of the program, which would be effective for the
event managers for tracking the itinerary and the
programs. As a result of this, coordination would be
maintained in the events and the plans.
4. Initiation of the event The event would commence with drawing competition for
the children.
5. Declaration of the results and
briefings for the next events
Prizes would be awarded to the winners of the drawing
competition, followed by the dissemination of information
about the next series of events
