This dissertation proposal examines the impact of COVID-19 on Nandos, a UK-based hospitality business. The study aims to understand how the pandemic affected Nandos' operations and strategies, exploring change management concepts, identifying challenges faced, and investigating the extent of COVID-19's influence. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data will be gathered through surveys of Nandos managers, while secondary data will involve a review of scholarly articles. The research questions focus on change management, COVID-19's challenges, and operational effects. The methodology includes an inductive research approach and interpretivism philosophy. The data analysis will use thematic perception testing. The proposal also addresses ethical considerations, research limitations, and project management timelines. The proposal also includes the ethics review process and data management plan.
