Mr.Narendra Modi. The assignment will

assignment. The effectiveness and the
contribution of the leader will be
discussed in this assignment.

KEY FACTORS FOR
CHOSING THE LEADER
Positive attitude: Mr. Narendra Modi is
personality who faced many hardships and
struggles a lot in his life. In every situation he
always carried a positive attitude. There has
been always a burning desire in him to do
something productive for the society and the
nation. Narendra Modi was appointed as CM of
Gujarat in the year before which he was working
as a volunteer in RSS.
During his course of his duties as CM he worked
very hard and made many changes in the
Gujarat State in terms of cleanliness, reduced
crimes, made Gujarat a dry state etc. his policies
as Chief Minister encouraged economic growth.
This shown that he always had a positive
attitude towards his work.

Determinant: Mr. Narendra Modi have been very
much determinant from his early career and his
strong desire to change the society in a productive
manner was very much strong. To achieve this
target he worked hard and never gave up. Mr.
Modi was found complicit in the Gujarat riots in
response to which Supreme Court appointed a
special team for the investigation but found no
evidence against Mr. Modi to initiate prosecution.
After this incident Mr. Modi was very much
determinant honest towards his work and vision
which lead him to become The Prime Minister Of
India from consecutive two times.

Foresightedness: Mr. Prime Minister always had
a foresightedness and a vision to bring changes
in the nation. This foresightedness gave him
the spirit to do hard work. He always had a
vision to change the nation for good so that
India can reach to the new heights and achieve
remarkable things in the world.
With the vision of changing the nation for the
purpose of development Mr. Narendra Modi
took very bold steps like demonetization for
reducing the corruption and circulation of black
money, surgical strike , implementation of GST,
air strike etc. requires full proof planning with
lot of efforts and support. All together this have
helped Narendra Modi to get along successfully
to become Prime Minister for the second time in
India.

WAYS TO MEASURE
EFFECTIVENESS
SWACHHA BHARAT ABHIYAN: The Swacch Bharat Abhiyan was
introduced by the PM Mr. Narendra Modi on 24 September
2014 which was a modification of Nirmal Bharat Programme.
This programme was formally and officially launched don the
150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. This programme
mainly aimed at keeping the surrounding clean and hygienic
by disposing the waste material aimed[roper manner. For this
purpose Narendra Modi introduced the concept of segregating
the waste into wet and dry so that the waste can be recycled
and reuse the waste in the form of fertiliser. The motto of this
programme was to spread awareness among the public t keep
the roads, streets etc. clean.
This has given a positive result and to a great extend the level
of cleanliness has been increased in India Narendra Modi also
focused on the building of public toilets to eradicate the open
air urination to reduce the contamination and spread of
diseases.

DIGITAL INDIA: This particular programme was
launched on August 21, 2014. The idea behind this
programme was to make India e4ffeicinet digitally
and go cashless. The economy can become
electronically empowered so that the people of the
country can connect with the government digitally so
that an effective governance can be established.
The main aim of this program was to reduce the
paperwork and connect all the villages with the help
of the digital technology. This programme covered
three major components that are digital
infrastructure, digital literacy and digital delivery of
services. This programme has also been successfully
working in India so many of the people is going
cashless and switching to the major use of the digital
technology. This has also generated employment to
the I.T professional as there ha s been tremendous
use of the various government recognized
applications.

MAKE IN INDIA: This programme was launched
on 25TH September, 2014/ This was the
basically the slogan to promote the
manufacturing of the products in India only.
The ,main aim of this programme was to make
the country economically boost if the
manufacturing of products and services will be
done in India only. It also aimed to bring back
the loss making government firm into profit.
The campaign Make in India identified near
about 25 government units which are highly
potential to become global leaders. This has
also generated employment in India and
boosted the economy by making India self-
reliant country.

PERFORMANCE OF THE LEADER IN
THE ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESSThe Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has
recently won the Lok Sabha elections for the
second consecutive time. Narendra Modi with
his leadership qualities and traits have
contributed a lot in the development of the
Indian society and the organizations. There
has been seen a significant increase in
employment among the skilled and unskilled
people. The economy has become more
growth oriented and stable. The bold decision
of Mr. Narendra Modi ahs also given a
confidence to not only to the government but
the young youth of India to become self-
sufficient and contribute in the development
of the country. The rate of crimes has been
significantly decreased and the government

has been reduced with the introduction of the new
currency notes. This although affected the business class
people adversely in the initial phase but on a long term it

The different programmes initiated by Mr. Narendra Modi
has contributed in the growth of the society promoted the
business and new start up in the Indian economy. With
the Modi government the youth and the Indian people
have become aware about the cleanliness, disposing the
waste in the prescribed manner etc. have reduced the
rate of deaths due to chronic diseases and promoted
beauty to India.
Not only economically but PM has also contributed in the
enhancement of all the three forces air force, navy and
army. Along with this the technology and science has also
become more strong and achieved many targets and
remarkable achievements under the government of
Narendra Modi.

Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan
etc. which are running under the government
of Mr. Narendra Modi. Altogether has promoted
development to the economy of India and is
under process of India making self0sufficinet
and self reliant. The tricks and tactics of the
PM has always been productive for the
development of the country. The meetings with
the presidents of neighbouring countries have
resulted in building up good relation and
support from the other countries.
From the above traits of Mr. Narendra Modi
and the contentious hard work to fulfil the
vision to make India a developed country can
be seen becoming fruitful only because of Mr.
