discussion about the presenting problem which includes the main symptoms and experience with
history and impact. There is also discussion about the potential diagnosis that can have impact on
client diagnosis and related health issues. There is also discussion about the formulation which
include client biological, psychological perspective and socio-cultural perspective. There is also
discussion about the management strategies which should be implemented. There is also
discussion about the ethical and cultural issues that should be considered during providing better
and effective mental healthcare services (Greenbaum et. al., (2019)).
MAIN BODY
Presenting problem
Natalia is facing the mental health related problem which includes the depression, anxiety
which are highly effective. Here, Natalia is getting depressed which can be evaluate through
observing her behaviour which includes friend behaviour against her, getting exclusion from
peers and not having friend in the school. Her peers are also blaming her for stealing other
boyfriend is another concern where Natalia gets so much humiliated and not able to cope with
that situation which also leads to create the impact of not able to face the anxiety and take the
pills of paracetamol as overdose. Here, Natalia have the history of sexual abuse and other
emotion problem which is related with her family concern. In this, there are many of the sign and
symptoms which are affective and can lead to create high impact on dealing with the situation
that help to provide better impact on dealing with the situation which are effective and can lead
to create mental health like getting angry and depression (Wu et. al., (2020)).
Natalia also reported to nursing staff about her history where she gets sexually assaulted
which she doesn’t want to share with anyone (Sari et. al., (2019)). She also gets through the
emotional abuse where she needed for her father and expected that she can have better life if her
father would have live with her. But due to her mother married with Arthur, it leads to create

depression like situation and not getting proper support from family and getting sexually abuse
from her step father leads to enhance the depression.

DSM include the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) which
include the handbook for the healthcare professionals which should provide authorisation for
