Report
AI Summary
This report focuses on the validation phase of a new enrollment system designed for National University. The report begins with an introduction and presents a storyboard illustrating the system's use cases. A key component is the drill-down analysis, which examines data granularity within the system, specifically focusing on the admin and user panels. The drill-down report provides a tabular description of the admin and user panels, detailing functionalities such as course management and enrollment procedures. The system development life cycle (SDLC) is considered to ensure the quality of the new enrollment system. The report concludes by summarizing the use cases and drill-down analysis, offering a comprehensive understanding of the system's validation phase.

Assessment 03: Validation phase
Introduction
The notable determination of this unit of the paper is to focus on the keyboard for the
Enrollment System in National University (Apel et al. 2018). The following unit will be
presenting the storyboard of the scenario using 8 use cases.
Story board
Story board of the proposed Enrollment system in the National University with the help
of the identified uses cases in the previous sections of the paper is presented in the following
pictorial diagram.

The following unit of the paper will be discussing the description of the drill down and
identification of one of the drill down report for the assignment.
Drill Down: It is defined as the report which helps the users of the Enrollment System to
navigate different layer of data granularity with the help of negotiation and analyzed with
different angle (Baronia 2018). The drill down can be very much important for both the course
coordinators of University as well as the students who wants to be enrolled in the University
(Wongsuphasawat et al. 2017). The discussion of one of the drill down for thus assignment as
described in the following table.

Drill Down
The drill down which was selected for analysis presents two sections such as the admin
panel from where the class coordinators can manage the classes of each students as well as the
users panel from where students can see the list of available courses which are offered by the
National University (Pitts and Fritch 2017). The payment method can be also managed using the
admin panel. The system development life cycle will be considered while developing the new
enrollment system for the national university (Gottin, Lima and Furtado 2015). The five stages of
the SDLC can be very much important for designing and development each of the two panels of
the Enrollment system (Brehmer et al. 2016). Maintaining the quality of service offered by the
new Enrollment System can be improved if the protocols of the SDLC is maintained in each of
phases.
Conclusion
The paper helps in understanding the use cased descriptions with the help of the
presented story board. Detailed drill down of two panels such as the admin panel as well as the
user panel of the Enrollments System of National University has been also presented in the help
of a tabular description.
