INTRODUCTION
Tourism and sustainable development refers to the process of leading the management
resources in the way that helps them to attain the economic, social and aesthetic goods. This
helps the company to maintain the cultural integrity, have better ecological process and have the
biological diversity. The report is based on the National Express Transport which is British
multinational transport company. The current report will outline the areas that the company must
consider inn order to meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Further this report will
outline the recommendations to the company to have the meaningful contribution to achieve
SDG's. At last this report will outline the importance of the internal and external environment of
the organization.

The Sustainable Development Goals are also known as Global Goals which helps the
universe to end the poverty, protect the countries and must ensure that all the people are living
with peace and prosperity (Pedersen, 2018). These goals are created in order to end poverty,
hunger, AIDS and the inequality against the women. In order to achieve this the country must
have the creativity, technical know how and financial resources from all the parts of world. As
the company is the transportation Plc they must focus on the following areas in order to meet UN
Sustainable Development Goals is as described below:

been a great concern for the people who used to travel via public transport. This
safety and comfort level are dependent upon the highly variable and the crowd in
