INTRODUCTION
The national health services located in the United king
dom which was started on 4th July 1948.
Its original structure was known as ‘Tripartie System’,
Which exists in three parts, these were primary care, c
ommunity services and hospital services

SOCIAL FACTORS
 People were unable to pay higher
amount on health care services.
 Private hospitals started charging
higher amount for treatment of patients.

POLITICAL FACTORS
 Government was looking for providing
treatment to patients below poverty
lines,
this introduces NHS
 For the growth of middle class people

IDEOLOGICAL FACTOR
This Ideological factor includes ideas,
believes and values of people which, hence
for providing value to people, NHS was
introduced.

was instantly created as the country
came under command and control,
this medical services was known as

healthcare professionals to specialist managers.

After these certain changes patients receive same basic
treatments in same budget and the resources which are
provided them are spread more thinly and in bad qualit
y.
Their services improve after appointing more staffs in
the hospital.The quality of medicines also improves.
