1. Introduction
This assignment will deal with the enrolment system of the National University and
provide a system vision document, which will enhance the enrolment procedure of the
students. This enrolment system aims to facilitate the students with quick and easy
administrative facilities that could be availed online. This system vision document will be an
inception phase to the design and aspects of the enrolment system. This assignment will deal
with the requirements of the system which is needed for overcoming the manual problems in
the enrolment procedure. The different aspects of a System Vision Document is described in
the assignment which will enhance the enrolment system of the National University of
Melbourne.
2. Descriptive analysis of the System Vision Document
2.1 The problem description
2.1.1 Existing problems in the system
The facilities of administration are now provided to the students of the National
University of Melbourne in a manual manner. These facilities also come with some
