What is the role of political analysis in Nationalism versus globalization of operations
performed by an organisation?
INTRODUCTION
This is the literature article in which there is discussion about political analysis in context
of nationalism and globalisation of operations. It is important for people to analyse political
factors due to which its impact can be reduced. Nationalism is the component with the help of
which a country is politically independent and it is easy for them to perform activities (Abbas
and Yigit, 2015). While globalisation is the factor with the help of which individuals have to
work and it makes easy for them to understand about changes which are taking place at
international level. There is crucial role of political factors in conducting operations and
understanding changes in better and effective manner. With integration of nationalism and
globalisation, there is positive impact on economic and social life of an people residing in UK.
There is complete and specific information about changes which are taking place in external
market. When there are many organisation working from international level, then living standard
of people will raise and they have more job opportunities through which economic life style of
people also improves (Siroky and Cuffe, 2015). There are some issues as well which people
might face because of nationalism such as they have less resources, less growth opportunities,
etc. due to nationalism is not preferred. While globalisation have many benefits which assist in
improving knowledge of people about brands. Hence there are different benefits and issues
associated with nationalism and globalisation of operations (Adamson, 2016).
LITERATURE REVIEW
Nationalism and globalisation are the two prime ways with the help of which people can
understand what has to be done and ways through which they can deal with. In current market,
after Brexit there is impact on operations of organisation in UK because this provides motivation
to small scale traders to expand their business. According to Yedhushree, 2019 it is clear that
when expansion of technology, there is more scope of conducting operations through which it is
easy for people to get positive impact of it. When other organisations are invested with UK, then
there is development in economic components of country and there is involvement of
government as well.

There is change in working environment working of people because after Brexit, there
are possibilities that there is more involvement of government due to which there is more
economic threats and issues. As per view of Pankaj Ghemawat and Steven A. Altman, 2019 In
2018, there is another issue which arise i.e. tariff duties due to which people prefers to work in
their own country. There is improvement in trade and capital practices with the help of which
operations can be performed in cross boundaries of different countries. With export business,
there is increment in GDP rate of world about 29% with the help of which local people have
employment. Hence in this case, nationalism and globalisation both assist in improving living
standard of people (Baylis, Owens and Smith, 2017).
With globalisation of business, Trump have views that there are some people who mis-
use their labour force which is available at cheap rate. Hence there is requirement of nationalism
which provides appropriate and relevant investment opportunities through which country can
grow. Kenneth Rapoza, 2019 says that In order to deal with it, there is requirement of
understanding about a framework which works as benchmark for understanding rules and
regulations which has to be considered while working. When there is tie up between
globalisation and nationalism, then investors have to think twice while they are investing (Steger,
2017). Most of the people believes in investing for foreign country, but this gives negative
impact on growth and development of native country.
As there are many countries which are inter- related in terms of business, but at the same
time they have to understand about changes which are taking place (Crane, Kawashima and
Kawasaki, 2016). In countries, there is difference in political policies which makes difference in
working style as well. As per view of Or Rosenboim, 2019 there is requirement of performing
operations with makes actions of organisation which improves overall all condition of country.
As per view of TAMMAM O. ABDULSATTAR, 2019, it is analysed that due to
globalisation of organisations, it is easy for people to manage activities and makes it easy for
them to understand it. When there is complete and specific range of activities with the help of
which people are able to dilute from their core activities and national activities are not able to
grow and develop.
CRITIQUE OF LITERATURE REVIEW
With the help of this investigation, it is clear that there is requirement of both nationalism
and globalisation for growth of the country and there is the positive impact on performing

operations through which activities are performed. When there is performing operations at
international leave, then there is requirement of proper understanding political policies
(Cvetkovich, 2018). There will use of complete and specific information which provides
appropriate information about conducting operations. This study is better for getting information
about performing operations. With the help of this study, there is complete and specific
information about globalisation and nationalism (Wilson, 2015). With the help of this study, it is
clear that there is requirement of understanding political policies with the help of which national
and international operations of an association does not get hampered. But there is flaw as well
due to which researcher is not able to cover strategies through which positive relations can be
maintained among nationalism and globalisation can be achieved (Karns, Mingst and Stiles,
2015). But with understanding and studying different sources of information about nationalism
and globalisation, then researcher get an idea through which political party plays crucial role.
There is gap between studying information with the help of which policies and
understanding in appropriate and relevant manner. With the help of ethics study, there will
proper knowledge about difference and impact of political policies (Martell, 2016). In case of
globalisation of business, there is requirement of taking approval of political party which assist
in maintaining positive impact on economy. If there is requirement of proper understanding
about changes which are taking place, so operations are performed in synchronise and systematic
manner. There are some tax and legal duties which organisation have to paid in order to operate
successfully. If there is change in political body in nation, then local policies also gets affected,
so in this case it is not easy for mange and evaluate practices. There is requirement of taking
NOC from political parties with the help of which operations performed are ethical. This assist in
performing operations at international level as well. The role of political party is major and
significant due to which organisation is not able to analyse the changes and this keeps
stakeholders satisfied. If political parties are active, then it is easy to maintain positive impact on
society because there is null possibilities of theft and other mal - practices.
