1. The three examples taken into account for developing and implementing strategic
planning includes:
Developmental risk: The risk can be identified while ensuring development by
implementing strategic planning.
Financial risk: Implementing strategic planning always imposes the threat of
exceeding the allocated budget.
Reputation risk: Strategic planning imposes the risk of hampering the reputation if
unsuccessful (Hitt, Ireland & Hoskisson, 2012).
2. Two examples of risk management strategies includes:
Recording risk: One of the examples of risk management includes recording the
risks that has happened within the organization over the years. This will allow the
organization to be aware of the potential reasons of occurrence of the risk.

1. After analysing the data provided, it can be said in the report that the Native Bush Spices,
Australia have the potential of growth in the country. The company needs to establish
effective communication between the management and the employees. The revised
mission, vision, value statement and business objectives of Native Bush Spices, Australia
is aimed towards increasing the business both nationally and internationally. This will
provide an opportunity for the Native Bush Spices, Australia to gain competitive
advantage and sustain in the competitive market.
2. According to me, the Native Bush Spices, Australia has been able to achieve the
performance indicators successfully. Based on the increase in the business and the
customers, this can be proved.
3. Overall progress: The Native Bush Spices, Australia is said to be performing well, as the
profit margins have already increased by 2% in the last 6 months. This is because the
bulk buying has been instigated initially due to increased demand at the early stage. By
implementing networking marketing strategy and social media, the marketing strategies
