cooperative venture, where the organization would have a choice to organise
themselves as the limited liability company in Singapore. Native Bush Spices will be
an independent entity there, which will be owned as well as managed by the members
or the stakeholders of the organization.
The health based benefits that are provided by products of Native Bush Spices will be
able to create an impact in Singapore bit for that a proper strategic plan need to be
followed by the organization, which will help to improve the products as well, which
will be suggested by the customers by the after sales survey which need to be done by
the organization.
