Introduction
This report is based on the farming company named Natural Lee which provides the organic
food items to the customer. The owner wants to set proper relations with the customers and
needs to increase their productivity. So, the owner decides to design the IT-based system which
helps them to solve their issues. This report includes the risk analysis and benefits along with the
requirements and the organizational chart. It also includes the Gantt chart along with the WBS.
The organizational chart provides the proper set up of the stakeholders. In other words, it can be
said that this chart provides the detail of the number of stakeholders in the Natural Lee company.
This report also includes the cost analysis through which the budget for the project can also
simplify which can help in maintaining the requirements and needs. This company properly used
the IT-based system for collecting and integrate several systems.

Business information
Natural-Lee is the farm which is the community garden which was implement due to the
constantly increasing demand for organic food. This farm produces organic items like honey,
vegetable, fruits and several types of nuts by using the permaculture principles or the soil based
on the biodynamic. This area was earlier used for the cattle grazing but due to the increasing
demand of the organic materials, Phil Lee’s and his friend start a garden and now they have
faced several amounts of problems so, they decide to employ the students based on the
agriculture and horticulture stream (Kateb, M., 2015). Now, they want to implement the
information system through which they can easily maintain the growing complexities and their
business. By using this technology, they can easily track out the issues.
The information system is used for designing, collection of multi-data and also used for
integrating the systems based on hardware and software elements. By using this technology, they
can implement a system through which they can take the orders of the customers properly and
they build strong relations with the customers. This system can easily convert the raw materials
in the useful aspect through which the owner can easily take decisions on the problems and make
their mindset clear for building the techniques through which they can increase their
productivity.

System vision document
The system vision document is the type of document which is used for defining the scope at a
higher level along with defining the purpose of the system. This provides the proper solution of
the problems and all the risks are easily defined by this solution. This document provides the
whole overview of the system through which the owner can easily understand the issues and
track them on a prior basis.
Problem statement:
Natural Lee is the farming company that produces the organic products and take their orders
from the customers and deliver them but the current problem with this organization is that they
face the high complexities in their business along with the bad relations with customers. One
more problem is of picking the orders on time. The company now wants to increase their
productivity and manage all the orders according to their delivery time. So, this organization
needs to design an IT solution which helps them in to solve their major issues.
Requirements of the system:
An IT-based application can be run on mobile phones, laptops, and tablets. By using this
technology, all the data can be stored online or in the server based on the cloud. All the orders or
the accounts based 0n the billing can be done on the online mean. Thr5ough this, all the orders
can be written in a very small time and preserve the owner of the company by delaying. This
process will provide a dynamic platform. All the members of the organization can easily take the
orders at any time.
Benefits or the opportunities in the business:
This system provides the facility to users through which they6 can easily give their orders by
online mean, this will save their time too. Through this system, the customers will save their time
by wasting their time on unnecessary chat. This system provides the detail of all the products and
whatever the customer needs, the orders directly reach to the organization Pinto, C A & Garvey,
2016). This system also enables the user to make their payments on an online basis, this also
provides the user to get update4d with the system and they can easily get all the information of
the organic elements. This system provides the entire information or gives an overview of the
business of food through which the users can easily give their items on time.
