System Vision Document
Problem description:- This farming business needs to focus more on the information
techniques through which the business can evolve in a much better way. According to the
author (Charlton et al., 2019), the business here is producing the organic vegetables, fruits,
eggs, decorative flowers and honey. But it is becoming more difficult to take down the notes
of the products that are growing and serving to the people. They need to show with the help
of the documentation about the vegetables that they grow are fully natural. The method uses
to grow these fruits, vegetables and other things are natural and organic in nature. According
to the author (Tsiropoulos et al., 2015), it is difficult to keep track also about the same and to
make the documentation as well as to update these on regular intervals. They need a system
that can create documents about these products and their availability. According to the author
(Dumontet et al., 2017), the process used to make the products will be difficult to manage.
System capabilities: - The new system will be able to do:-
Collection of information about the availability of the products.
Storing information about the supplies to the customer will let help the company to know
about their customer and about their needs as well.
Updating information about the fruits and vegetables will help to know the customers
about the products.
Picture of the fruits and vegetables while mentioning their organic way of growing them.
Types of decorative plants can be shown to the customers.
Stock will be regularly updated in the new system and will provide information that is
more precise to the customer who wants to buy the products.
Business benefits: - The implemented system will help the business:-
This will help the owner to manage less on the paper and all work can be done on the
computer systems.
The less time will waste managing information about the products daily.
Maintain the correct orders and correct information about the products will help the
customer to know more about the availabilities of fruits and vegetables.
No need to do the paperwork mentioning about the fruits, vegetables, honey, eggs and
decorative plants.

Benefits of the new system
Tangible benefits: According to the author (Balmford et al., 2018) the tangible benefits are
said to be the type of benefits which help the business to grown and maintain the method in
which the cost of products gets minimum and the services that are used in the company also
decrease. The two types of the tangible benefits that the new system can help here are: -
1. Saving of resources: The most important benefit that the company here will get with the
help of the new business is the lowering of usage of resources. The resources that were
previously used by the company to monitor the documentation of the fruits and vegetables,
to track the records of the good sell to the customer and the record maintain of revenue
will now be eliminated. The new system will be capable of maintaining the records, track
record of the sell goods and record of revenue earned by the company.
2. Increase in revenue: - The new system will able to increase the revenue of the company.
The revenue of the company will increase which will directly help the workers working in
the company to increase the income. The increase in the income of workers will help them
to motivate to work more. The new system will reduce the expenses spend to purchase
systems to do the work of documentation and other works. According to the author (Kaur
et al., 2018), the different systems which previously needed to purchase now can be solved
by the one system only. The new system will now help to eliminate excessive expenses.
Non Tangible benefits: - According to the author (Balmford et al., 2017) the non-tangible or
intangible benefits are said to be the type of benefits in which the company will benefit from
making more customers, the producer-customer relationship will increase and company
image will increase. These benefits will help the company to grow and the business will
expand at a much higher pace. Different kind of intangible benefits are: -
1. Customer expansion: - The very first kind of benefit that will be present in the system is
the expansion of customers. The company will be able to gather more customer with the
help of the new system. The new system will able to give accurate information to the
