friends, he started the community garden when the demand for organic food is increasing day
by day. For making the business successful, he worked tirelessly with his friends but now he
wants to enhance his business. Phil’s main occupation is a carpenter but he has the vast

System Vision Document
It is the document which explains the scope and the purpose of the high-level products,
project and programs. It includes the problems which are analysed, system capabilities and
system benefits. It helps in creating system expectations and also reduces the system risks.
There are some phrases which include the documentation of the system, these are:
- Problem Description
- System Capabilities
- Anticipated business benefits
Problem Description
In the Natural-Lee organization, there are some problems occurred such as:
- There is not a standard way of transferring foods to customers.
- They didn’t have any common application for direct communication with the customers.
- It is very hard for Phil Lee to track things easily.
- Less space on the farm because many customers were assembled in a single time.
- They didn’t have any pickup facility for the customers (Sharon, et al, 2017).
System Capabilities
It is the part of the system vision document where it requires the capabilities of the newly
designed system. There are some system capabilities which will help to design and develop a
new system. These are:
- For the production of items, the pesticides will not be used for securing the heath for the
customers.
- The food will be fresh-baked by which more customers will attract.
- The designed system has better security for storing the data or information of customers.
The customers will share easily their information or data for delivery.
- The designed system will provide the facility for the customers to register themselves into
the system.
- Unauthorized users will not able to access the system, they have to register themselves
first (Hugo, et al., 2018).
Anticipated Business Benefits
There are some business benefits which will be focussed for better development of the
system. These are:
- The designed system will help the customers to order food easily.
- It mainly focuses on customers services.
- The order can be tracked easily with the help of the designed system.
- If customers want to cancel the order then they can cancel directly via designed system.
- The records can be maintained or tracked automatically for customer orders.

Work Breakdown Structure
Figure 2: Work Breakdown Structure
In the above figure, it shows the breakdown structure of the workings of the system designed.
The WBS will reduce the complication occurs in the designing of the system. It divides the
whole project into small-small parts or tasks. The owner of the organization “Phil Lee” wants
to develop the new system for the organization named as “Natural-Lee”. For the proper
development of the system, the overall workings are divided into 5 sub-parts where each and
every task were identified easily. The complete project was segregated into 5 milestones
where it is required for achieving the project completion (Siami, et al.,2015).

Gantt Chart
It is the bar chart which illustrates the schedule of the project. It lists the tasks that will be
performed in vertical-axis and also shows the time intervals on horizontal-axis. The
horizontal graphs show the time of every activity. In the below diagram, it shows the Gantt
Chart of the organization named as “Natural Lee”. The whole project is divided into 5
milestones, each of the milestones is derived from their various sub-tasks.
