System Requirements Report
Business Information
The organization Natural Lee produces naturally grown food which is used by many peoples as
the quality of the food is high and provides good nutrition. The Organization provides high level
of support for growing quality products which include fruits, vegetables, etc. and the
organization also produces other products such as eggs, honey, etc. The naturally grown products
are grown on the land by Phil Lee. The increases in demand are the reason for producing the
naturally grown food in large quantity. The Biodynamic Solis are used for growing the foods and
also all 12 principles of permaculture are used. The Organization set the prices according to the
quality and the people buying the product at high cost due to the good quality product. The
Organization also provide pick up facilities and delivery of the product to the home of the
customers which covers more area and users. Phil with his wife Wendy decided to form a team
so the more area can be covered and business can be expanded. The information system is
implemented for tracking all the data and information related to the production as well as
customers. The information system is a system which manage all the information related to the
system (Cassidy, 2016) and (Paré, Trudel, Jaana & Kitsiou, (2015). The Organization provides
healthy food which improves the business in the healthcare area. The Producing of the natural
product helps the organization to improve the health of the users and provide best solution for the
bad quality food.

System Vision
The system vision shows the purpose of the system and other related details to usnederstand the
implementation of the system (IBM Knowledge Center, 2019). The Organization produces
naturally grown food products and provides the best quality food. While producing the products,
the organization faces many problems. The problems are:
Customer Service Issue
There are many problems faced by the organization while delivering the products and processing
the customer’s requests. The organization increases its business by covering more geographical
areas. The more customer gives more load which requires high management. The more customer
requests are received so there should be more responsible. This makes difficult to handle more
customers, so there should be system that can serve more customers and manage their details.
For improving the Customers handling, the Information System is used which will manage all
the request and provide a response to the customers accordingly.
Issues with the order picking
It’s difficult for the organization for managing such a large number of customer’s orders and
providing them the orders. The new methods required for improving this issue. The home
delivery method is implemented for reducing the load of order picking.
Certification Issue
The organization needs a certificate for producing organic food. The organization is facing the
issue of the certification related to the “Organically Grown”. This certificate legally allows the
organization about its production and certified the organization for its product.
Farming skills in staff hiring
The Issue for the required skills is also a problem arise while hiring staff for the work. There are
many people who don’t have such skill and cannot produce the required quality product. New
techniques and methods are needed to be taught and manage the staff hiring accordingly. The
proper hiring methods are used and are properly trained for giving the required skills.

Interview helps to gather the data based on the personal thoughts of the workers. This helps to

The data is also collected by the observation of the whole work and the food delivered to the
customers. The steps are taken for completing the required process and the methods used for
maintaining the quality of the food.
Sampling
The sampling process helps to gather the samples of the food produced by the Natural Lee
organization. This provides the actual information about the product and it is analyzed how
healthy food is.
