Introduction
The organization produces organic food and naturally grown vegetables. This Natural Lee is a fast-
growing organization that provides quality food for the customers. The organization uses information
system for managing all the data related to customer and their orders. The automation is provided to
whole process and traffic management is also supported. The organization provides quality food so the
people also ready to give higher prices for the food. The Report is presented which includes system
vison documents and business information. The different graphical representation is shown for the
system and other operational activities. The report also shows the interview with the owner and other
workers for collecting the required data. Different entities are shown and their relationship is also
shown. Risk and cost analysis is performed with structural representation of the organization.

System Requirements Report
Business Information
The organization Natural Lee produces naturally grown food which is used by many peoples as
the quality of the food is high and provides good nutrition. The Organization provides high level
of support for growing quality products which include fruits, vegetables, etc. and the
organization also produces other products such as eggs, honey, etc. The naturally grown products
are grown on the land by Phil Lee. The increases in demand are the reason for producing the
naturally grown food in large quantity. The Biodynamic Solis are used for growing the foods and
also all 12 principles of permaculture are used. The Organization set the prices according to the
quality and the people buying the product at high cost due to the good quality product. The
Organization also provide pick up facilities and delivery of the product to the home of the
customers which covers more area and users. Phil with his wife Wendy decided to form a team
so the more area can be covered and business can be expanded. The information system is
implemented for tracking all the data and information related to the production as well as
customers. The information system is a system which manage all the information related to the
system (Cassidy, 2016) and (Paré, Trudel, Jaana & Kitsiou, (2015). The Organization provides
healthy food which improves the business in the healthcare area. The Producing of the natural
product helps the organization to improve the health of the users and provide best solution for the
bad quality food.

System Vision
The system vision shows the purpose of the system and other related details to usnederstand the
implementation of the system (IBM Knowledge Center, 2019). The Organization produces
naturally grown food products and provides the best quality food. While producing the products,
the organization faces many problems. The problems are:
Customer Service Issue
There are many problems faced by the organization while delivering the products and processing
the customer’s requests. The organization increases its business by covering more geographical
areas. The more customer gives more load which requires high management. The more customer
requests are received so there should be more responsible. This makes difficult to handle more
customers, so there should be system that can serve more customers and manage their details.
For improving the Customers handling, the Information System is used which will manage all
the request and provide a response to the customers accordingly.
Issues with the order picking
It’s difficult for the organization for managing such a large number of customer’s orders and
providing them the orders. The new methods required for improving this issue. The home
delivery method is implemented for reducing the load of order picking.
Certification Issue
The organization needs a certificate for producing organic food. The organization is facing the
issue of the certification related to the “Organically Grown”. This certificate legally allows the
organization about its production and certified the organization for its product.
Farming skills in staff hiring
The Issue for the required skills is also a problem arise while hiring staff for the work. There are
many people who don’t have such skill and cannot produce the required quality product. New
techniques and methods are needed to be taught and manage the staff hiring accordingly. The
proper hiring methods are used and are properly trained for giving the required skills.
Benefits of the System
The System provides benefits to the organization and customers at different level such as:

 The system helps the organization to increase the business in the food production sector.
The best quality products are provided to the customers so the customer can also pay a
high amount of money. This improves the business of the organization and the
implemented system also handles more users at the same time.
 The customer gets the better-quality food which helps to maintain the health. The quality
food is decreasing day by day as the organization wants to make more money by giving
bad quality food. There is no proper management, proper skills, proper land, etc. Natural
Lee provides best quality for organic food.
System Capabilities
The organization has many capabilities which help the organization to improve their business.
Good support for the quality food and also has good customer services. The system has
capability to handle large amount of the customers and manage their requests. The respond is
provided accordingly and their details are also managed. The delivery of the food is also
provided. The system tracks the work and all orders requested by the customers. The system
provides flexibility in order management. The structure of the farming is design in such a manner
that it can survive with condition of drought. Proper electricity and water supply are provided to
the farming area. The availability of the system is increases and automation is provided for
different activities. The customer relationship is managed with all the accounting activities. The
system is capable of serving multiple customers at a single time.

Data gathering activities
The data is an important element for any system or processing. The data are gathered from
different sources and management for these data is done using different methods. The data
gathering refers to the data collection form different resource and this data is suitable for the
system. For the proposed research, data is collected based on some methods which are:
Face to Face Interview
The Face to face interview is conducted for the research with Wendy and other workers of the
organization. The Interview contains many questions that help to understand the working of the
organization and what are the issues taken into consideration. What are the different issues arise
and what are the methods used for resolving these issues, these questions are considered in the
interview. The different skills used for producing such quality food are also analyzed. The
Interview helps to gather the data based on the personal thoughts of the workers. This helps to
analyzed the actual condition of the work.
Observation
The data is also collected by the observation of the whole work and the food delivered to the
customers. The steps are taken for completing the required process and the methods used for
maintaining the quality of the food.
Sampling
The sampling process helps to gather the samples of the food produced by the Natural Lee
organization. This provides the actual information about the product and it is analyzed how
healthy food is.
