Nature of Intrapreneurship in Langley Child Development Centre
and opportunities
Intrapreneurship is one of the most important aspects that allow the
individual to have an entrepreneurial character, which is vital for the
organization to generate innovative and creative thinking. This character is
also considered as a business practice that offers an ample number of
benefits for individual, organization and the potential customer who is
availing their service. In this world of globalization, it is not easy for every
organization to maintain their position for a long time without having
competency (In.com, 2019). In this situation, innovation plays a very significant
role in maintaining the position of the organization in the business market.
Intrapreneurship helps in improving the current work practices and process
in order to handle the uncertain change within the business environment.
According to Langley Child Development Centre, every company small
or big have their small units which are completely dedicated to their
research department in order to bring new service which can help the
organization to remain sustainable. Langley Child Development Centre
organization believes that an organization can be groundbreaking only if the
individuals working in that organization are inspired with their service
offering and therefore this organization encourages their employee to
dedicate some of their time on small child care projects, which will enhance
their service capability (ACTcommunity, 2019). As per company believes
creativity does not mean that creativity in childcare service must be in big
form, it can be small but its consistency is of great importance. Through
continuous improvement, company is able to maintain a state-of-the-art
environment in the company, which helps in boosting the employee to bring
creativity in the childcare service. Langley Child Development Centre
believes that Intrapreneurship is helping the company in solving various
issues which are being overlooked from company point of view. This is
helping the company in maintaining the balance between the internal
cultures. Air Force Child Development Programs is one of the best examples
in the Langley Child Development Centre. In this program, the employees
are encouraged by the management to make use of companies’ resource,
expert suggestions, and even financial support to present their idea which
can bring improvement in child care service (Jbleforcesupport, 2019). In addition
to this, these kinds of program are able to connect the employee with society
to develop strong relation with the child care community.
Langley Child Development Centre believe that it is not the money
which keeps the employee motivated in the organization, it is actually the
nature of the work which keeps encouraging the employee that they are
caring about the future generation. In this situation, if the employee will not
feel encouraged by the nature of their childcare work then it is sure that the
employee is going to leave the organization for finding better opportunity
(JBS, 2015). In addition to this, Intrapreneurship also provides employee

possible issues related to child care globally.
