ASSESSMENT TASK 3 PART A
Research Training Option
Risk management is possible with suitable training to the individual so that their skills lead to
maximise. Training is a one of a best way to enhance skills and knowledge of staff members so
that they can interact with customers properly (Urick, 2017). Naturecare is facing a critical issue
of inability of staff members to manage new retail store. Management wants to deliver
appropriate training and anticipate that two members ready to take such role. On the other hand,
other two members do not have managerial skills but reflect appropriate knowledge about
product and company with customer service skill. Following are some of the options on which
Nature Care can focus to provide effective training to all their customer service representative:
Online module: One of an effective option of training is use of online module system to
provide training and development program (Weller, et. al., 2017). For this, Alison names
software has been designed which help customer service representative at any stage. It
enables to define about the process of handling different customers present in the store. It
helps the two-customer representative to improve their managerial and knowledge skills
so that they can deal with users properly.
On the job training: Another effective approach of training is on the job training. Nature
Care can provide training from their managerial level officers so that they can share their
experience and enhance knowledge of service representative. They also provide
suggestion to interact with customers when face any difficult question or inappropriate
behaviour. Senior officers mainly define their managerial skills and experience so that all
four representative can better aware about distinct situation take place. Officers mainly
define different strategies to deal with customers during on site, public place and at social
media platform. On site user’s interaction training is required for all the service
representative as they interact with client on regular basis.
Sharing of ideas and skills: A best and most appropriate idea is sharing of information
with one other. One of a best way to enhance skills and develop an individual is sharing
of skills (Detsimas, et. al., 2016). All four of the representative are specialised in certain
aspect as two of them are good in communication whereas other two understand
company effectively. Hence, all of them need to share their skills with one other which

improve their level of work. This can be done once or twice in a week with some seminar
and other activities.
These three are most suitable and justified options on which NatureCare can focus upon. All of
them are helpful to provide excellent training and minimise risk factor of inability to manage
new retail store. Company need to invest in the training and development session so that all
things become positive and company gain new heights and level and maximise their profitability
as well. All of these options are appropriate to provide training and manage a new retail store at
any other location. Two representative can manage users whereas other two can easily manage
shelves and product availability in the store.

Respected Authority
Greetings of the day
I would like to suggest that two options are best for the training and development process for
new retail store. The first one is providing training from professionals of the company.
Professionals can share their views and experience with customer representative which work
as a story and reflect most on them. Along with this, a weekly activity is required to organise
so that all of them become aware about new things. With the help of weekly activity, they all
can share new and innovative ideas to manage store. Along with this, a teamwork spirit lead to
develop among them which mainly contributes in success of the store.
Please provide acceptance on the recommended option so that further proceeding of training
gets done. An investment of $30 is required to purchase online module and support to
commence other activities for new retail store.

best ways to increase organisational efficiency level through training. By these programmes,
workers are able to achieve more knowledge and experience or can increase their skills. In
addition to this, there are different techniques which are used in assessment as observation,
questionnaire and interview (Aven, 2016). This following survey was done to assess the
efficiency of training practice which was conducted on two of the employees who has completed
the programme. As an operation manager, I design a feedback form which must be filled by the
trainees. These are the following questions that asked:
What features of the exercise you are contributing in is mainly pleasurable
In this question, one employee said that the combination of formal and non-formal
training practice was one of the best programmes. On the other hand, second staff member said
that theoretical models of the management were very effective which really works in real life.
According to this survey, I can say that it was effective training programme. I also
recommend aligning training with management’s operating goals. If goals are described to the
members in training programmes that it will be easy to obtain the objectives of the company.
What phases of the training that you joining in is slightest agreeable
From this query, staff members answered that training was really awesome and great but
sometimes it was difficult to manage homework related with the course. In addition to this, they
were also not able to talk freely with their supervisors or leaders because of the formal
formation.
What reimbursement did the training give to you
From this question, both staff members said that they gained new skills and experience
which can be used at workplace. They also found their ways in which they can progress that they
could never imagined.
What extra guidance do you necessitate to help you in accomplishing your job objectives
Regarding this question, one staff member said that if training programme includes the
talent management then it will be great to acquire more knowledge and organisation will get
more talented and excellent employees. Whether, other one was fully satisfied with all he learned
through the training process (Pawar and et.al., 2015).

Recommendations
I truly believe that a company will be stronger if it has strong employees. Workforce can
improve their skills through the comprehensive training programmes. As per the survey, I highly
recommend that company have to be set up informal formation for the meetings so they can
communicate without any hesitation. Furthermore, I also recommend including three main
aspects of training and development as inspiring, motivating and partnering factor to boost the
productivity and efficiency of their employees.
Evaluation Report
To evaluate the risk management process of the company is very difficult part. It is also
very time consuming which requires high level of human efforts. In addition to this, first step
taken by me was to identify the objectives of the company and all the statutory requirements in
which company is operating its business. Furthermore, I identify all the different factors which
may affect the business in expanding process as political, economic, social, environmental,
technical, and legislative factors (Pawar And et.al.,2015).
I did PESTLE analysis to get information regarding these aspects. I found data through
different websites and by assessing learning materials or textbooks. Under the action plan of risk
management, it was very difficult to choose top five risk factors which may affect to the
establishing a chain of retail outlets for NatureCare products. However, I organised a meeting
with my colleagues to find out risks and treatment or actions for it. Moreover, I successfully
consider all the aspects of risk management as timeline, priority ratings, level of impact,
requirements of resources, description of risk with proper recommendations and actions.
Apart from this, I held survey to assess the effectiveness of training programmes by
which I get all the information and data which is necessary in the process of developing risk
management action plan and monitoring process (Sadgrove, 2016). It was very difficult to set out
all the steps regarding to five main factors of the risk in which disaster recovery plan was the
toughest aspect that requires be updating and investigating. In designing the outline of risk
management as per the policies and procedures of the company was very complicated because it
wants alignment with the standards of the firm. SWOT analysis also done to analyse strengths
and weaknesses of the organisation’s existing retail approach explicitly, online and from side to
side fitness food shops.

I also analyse the critical success factor and objectives for the expansion of the business
project. In meeting, all the employees communicate more efficiently with the proper usage of
techniques to motivate their opinion. On the other hand, incapability to attract experienced and
qualified staff to direct the fresh retail stores was another risk. Therefore, I decided to provide
training and development to my existing staff employees to accomplish this role in short period. I
will be more careful in evaluating a plan regarding to risk management as I did not include all
the aspects which needs to be consider. These aspects as to equivalent the result with its goals
and objectives, evaluate that all the activities are going effectively, adopt the changes in out of
order performance, critically assess the internal and external environment of the company.
In addition to this, I also learnt from this process that company must consider more
models for evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programmes as
Kirkpatrick’s four levels which includes reaction, learning, behaviour and results (Giannakis and
Papadopoulos, 2016). Furthermore, there are some points which may improve risk management
plan like it must undertake an organized approach to predicting unidentified and rising risk.
Administration must assess the impact, persistence and velocity. One more key point which must
be considered is market capitalization because most of the companies are not able rationalized by
its cash flow. So according to me I successfully develop risk management plan and learnt various
things through implementing the actions and treatments.
