Me (Operational Manager): So, what are thinking about the next step about the project, as
we can see that the CEO has accepted the risk briefing report aahn?
Office manager: Well, I can’t deny the fact that we need to be more conscious about the
risks, especially in the operation brother. I believe that risk in the internal environment is
controllable. What I am thinking is the financial risk of the expansion as opening of three
different outlets is obviously the question of fund.
Me (Operational Manager): You know the CEO is wary of the recovery plan he thinks it

remember in the products of new products.
Marketing Manager: Are you guys little laidback towards the market dynamics? Well, I
believe this is going to take its toll on the heads. You can see the market demands and needs

Me (Operational Manager): We will perform a detailed study on the market to know its
behaviour and dynamics and on the basis of the review, we can make changes in the plan but
regulatory requirements would make it little challenging for us because you see three
expansion at the same time in three different markets. What about the changes in the political
support? No, I do not think we could expect the government to allow us in the healthcare
sector.
Office manager: Well, the investment in the project might mitigate the risk of regulatory
grounds as we are concerned about the expansion, we can expect that business might reach
the next level. So, it can be handled through the policies of the next level of expansion in the

say the oversea markets.
Marketing Manager: Plus, I am thinking about the suppliers’ network, existing logistic
network of NatureCare is doomed to failure. It takes a lot of time to operate this extending
supply chain. We are determined to enhance our logistic network and we have to manage
this through technology. I can be challenging to manage three different network of operation,
like supplying the raw materials. I believe that we need to enhance frequency of logistics
services.
