INTRODUCTION
Risk management is the process of evaluating or analysing entire process of organizations
and after that provide solutions to identified problems. It is essential for business to identify risk
because it further influence productivity as well as profitability (Behzadi and et.al., 2018). This
assessment based on NatureCare where CEO of the company identify some risk that highly
affect business. Such as inability to attract sufficient quality staff, unsustainable workplace and
low customer satisfaction. In order to mitigate the risks, mangers of company are going to take
some corrective actions with the help of effective solutions. This report covers a number of
options for identified problems such as staff training options, customers questionnaire and more.
In addition, this report include the summary of risk monitor report and provide data which shows
effectiveness of action plan. Send mail to the CEO of respective firm, which include all required
information about project.

1. Produce report on staff training options
Staff Training Options
NatureCare organization identify some risk which impact production as well as profitability of
the business. These risks are unsustainable workplace, inability to attract sufficient quality staff
and low customer satisfaction. In order to minimise the impact of risk, management provide
some staff training options which mentioned below:
In context of improving staff efficiency or effectiveness, managers of NatureCare provide
various training options to improve individual skills or capability. These training options help
the organization to achieve their desired gaols & objectives by enhancing productivity of staff
members. Some of the training options are as follow:
Communication: It is one of the essential skill for customer service representatives to perform
their task or contribute ion the organization to get success.
Problem solving: Customer service representatives should have problem solving skills, so
management should provide this training to make their employees able to face complicated
situations.

Soft skills development training: For organizational growth, soft skills are very essential
because it help employees to interact with customer or other people in the workplace such as
co-workers, managers, suppliers etc. This training help customer service representatives to
minimise actual gap of soft skills and it further impact organizational success or maximise
turnover rates. This training option will minimise the risk of low customer satisfaction of
NatureCare.
Above mention all three staff training options, it has been recommended that
NatureCare company should select communication training for their staff. This training
program will take 2 months, its overall cost around $ 90 and it will provided in organization
within working hours of employees. In addition, company can also provide problem solving
training to increase capability of their staff and able to achieve business goals & objectives.

manner.
Water, Electricity Water or electricity consumptions are very high and it
becomes issue for organization. Because employees do not
understand the value of limited resources. Employees left

managers need to make their employees aware about its
importance. Also take strict action for those people who
done these types of activities after warning.
Wastage in the workplace Wastage at the time of producing goods also affect overall
production which maximise manufacturing cost or reduces
profit margin. Managers need to implement some
management approaches and also provide training to
employees to minimise waste or complete their task
effectively.
3. Produce customer questionnaire
CEO of NatureCare ask to produce questionnaire and it will be given to the customers to
fill it when they visit retail outlet of NatureCare for shopping. There below mention
questionnaire contain 8 questions and ask consumers to scale from 0 to 10. 0 if customers don’t
agree at all and 10, of they totally agree with it.

on-boarding training. These are options which are selected for staff training. These training help

low customer satisfaction, unsustainable workplace or inability to attract qualified staff. With
the help of survey method, I am able to gather information to identify customer's perspective
which helps in making strategic decisions for the benefits of company.
In addition, we have to focus in usage of resources because it also impact the overall
performance of NatureCare company. Currently they face lot of issues regarding raw material,
technology, equipment, energy, wastage etc. Management should focus on these aspects
because it will also generate cost but non profit for company. Managers need to focus on these
elements and take corrective actions to minimise these issues. Because wastage of water, energy
or material cause the cost but it will not generate any additional profit for the company.

HR manager, office manager and marketing managers provide various documents which
includes information about customer survey results memo, sales data analysis memo, staff
survey results memo, performance review results memo and sustainability report. As per giving
report, it has been summarised that, with the help of customer questionnaire company able to
understand that most of people satisfied with products but they unable to resolve their queries
which they have. NatureCare resolve their three major risk with the help of implementing risk
treatments. Staff training option such as communication and problem solving training with
