INTRODUCTION
Naturopathic medicine refers to a system that is generally used as natural remedy which can
help the body to heal itself. There are many therapies, massage, acupuncture, nutritional
counseling and exercise. Naturopathy is taken into consideration in Australia where some of the
treatment is having a long time. In this report, there is a discussion about the timeline creation of
the Naturopathic and western herbal medication profession which is highly effective and allows
the large population to get better health with the use of herbal medication. In this report, there is
a discussion about the timeline this includes some range of years and changing and development
of Naturopathic and western herbal medication.
MAIN BODY
There are many countries like to go for the Naturopathic and western herbal medication
profession which can be highly effective and allow to provide better health treatment for
improved health. There are various benefits and development is getting changed with time and
era.
Early Modern era
16th and 17th century was great of herbal where many of the herbal product and
medication has been observed and getting in existence for many countries. In the 18th and 19th
centuries, it has been evaluated that incorporation of plants can provide advancement to modern
medicine which can help full in the treatment (Lake, (2019)).
16th century
In this century, the first herbal was published and were best known herbal named general
history of plants (1597) and English physician Enlarge (1653). There was a blend of traditional
medication within astrology, folklore, magic and regulated by a physician where it provided
phenomenal popularity and was introduced as a new medicinal plant within Europe.
17th century
There was a slow erosion of the pre-eminent position which are held by plant with
therapeutic effect. This was started with the black death and then dominated the four-element
Medical System which proved powerless to stop. However, as a century later Paracelsus has
been introduced as an active chemical drug including mercury, iron, sulfate, copper, sulfur.
18th century

In many countries, herbals were relied upon most medical knowledge along with
physicians aside from knowledge about the plant. Many countries have shared some of their
knowledge with each other which can provide to record with no written proof. Until the 19th
century there were remedies which includes knowledge of plant.
19th century
There was the formalization of pharmacology within 19 century which lead to creating
the greatest understanding of the specific action of the drug which can provide better benefits to
the body. There was a well-respected herbalist who provide professional influencers and
opinions where doctors and herbalists can refer to themselves as Thompsonians. This was to
create brief renewable empirical methods within herbal medicine (Kim, (2019)).
Modern era
Traditional herbalism has to led to creating a high impact on alternative medication
within many countries like Australia where botanical medications is exclusively practiced. They
are highly effective and can provide high benefits to individual health and lead to creating a
better positive outcomes. There are many countries that have experienced turbulence over
herbalism practice where government needs to regulate to begin prohibited practices. According
to World Health Organisation, there are about 80% of people worldwide rely on herbal
medication which is also part of Primary Health Care. There is a higher percentage of using
herbal medication as prescription medication.
Hippocrates
Hippocratic Corpus serves as a collection of texts which is associated with the Father of
Western medicine. However, the actual authorship of some text is disputed where it reflects the
general ideas which are put forth by hypocrites and their followers. There are many herbal which
are similar to the religious sector of healing practices which provide chants and prayer along
with huge off remedies applications (Woo, (2019)).
Galen
Greek physician Galen of Pergamon has practiced in Rome and write down about their
knowledge on all medical-related things. He has written much texts regarding herbs along with
their properties which can work notably as therapeutic. Galen has outlined that merging of
discipline with medicine can help to combine and restore where the subject of therapeutics
encompasses create wind array of the topic. Galen has a high impact and have humor along with

basic qualities which help pharmacist for calibrating their remedies for any individual with
unique symptoms (Prabhakar, (2021)).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that there are changes in the practice of the
Naturopathic and Western Herbal medicine profession which allow providing high quality while
the delivery of better treatment. This allows to get better and effective treatment and are in
practice from ancient times. There is a discussion about the timeline with an old and modern era
which allows getting the development with time.
